The ¼ pound hot dog was NOT worth the $5 I wasted on it. Even with the added bonus of BOGO. The dogs must be boiled and then the chili was subpar. The only decent thing about it was the shredded cheddar cheese on it. Also didn’t put mustard on them as I selected through the mobile app. As for frozen treats, Sonic is one of the best. They failed on the hotdogs though.

DO NOT go to this location. Every few months I’ll try this location, but they screw up every time. Last night, I ordered in the app, checked in at a stall and waited. I was the only person there for about 5 minutes. A car pulled in, ordered and got their food. I had to flag down the staff member {who was great} to get my food. Apparently a manager had changed my order to drive thru by mistake and was just gonna let my food sit there getting cold. You can’t even call the restaurant to inquire; the number listed always gives a message that your call can’t be completed. Bottom line: go elsewhere.

The employees were honestly the worst part of our experience. Very rude and unprofessional. I’m not exaggerating when I say that every table was dirty and had crumbs all over it. The staff was talking about the usage of drugs behind the doors, cracking jokes and screaming in the kitchen, and the girl threw our drinks on the table and didn’t even greet us. Most likely the rudest restaurant I have ever entered. I will be making a call to corporate because taking about drugs and cursing on the job is completely unacceptable, especially in front of kids!

Waited 45 minutes to get this soggy burger. My husband had to go back in to get the fries they missed. Bathroom was absolutely horrific, soiled TP on the floor.
Before I went in the bathroom I saw the employees standing around on their phone with a full drive through and us waiting on the curb for a soggy burger for 45 minutes. Never going back there again

Had my bf pick up a order for us toaday(we dont normally get sonic. It was a treat. ) the food came to 30$ for 3 sandwhies, 2 drinks, and a chili cheese tots. Ridiculous but hey whatever it’s a treat. Nothing was made correctly. My slush tasted like dirty dish water and was melted. The phone number doesn’t work so I can’t call. Nobody go to this place. It’s nasty and overpriced.

We recieved all our food, technically, however, the chicken bites of which we ordered took an inordinate amount of time, no one could deem acceptable for measily chicken especially with an empty drive-thru. Our burger was pathetic! They were skimpy on the Mayo! Of all things! And Noooo yellow mustard? On an Everything cheeseburger? Preposterous! And to include to tiddilywinks of lettuce is simply an insult which would have been only deemed solvable duel had this taken place 150 years earlier. I feel hurt, scammed, and appalled! Do not recommend! Also, overpriced.

Food was great and staff was friendly. The only reason for the 4 star review is the location. It’s in a horrible area of Huntington (to be fair, not many GOOD parts of Huntington). This was the first Sonic I’ve ever seen with an indoor dining area. Was very clean. We even had a great view of the state police responding to an OD next door (see pic…told you, horrible part of town).

Bathroom was Filthy. I was afraid to turn the sink on to wash my hands. The floors where sticky in the whole restaurant. All the entrance doors looked like they haven’t been cleaned since they opened. Food was ok though. I’m just afraid to see what it looks like in the Kitchen.

Went through the drive thru and brought food home. First issue is they kept saying my card was locked. It was not. Ended up paying with a different card. No biggie. But then I get home and I have a meal missing. I didn’t think to check it before I left. I attempted to call the location to let them know, but their phone immediately cuts off. Just ridiculous service. The burger and tots we received were cold.
