this place is kinda awful. it’s 10 mins past our expected delivery time to the car, and i used the bathrooms and they are disgusting! i don’t know if the staff inside is inside or where they are or what they’re doing, but im worried. i hope i get my food soon…
update: we got our food and it was kinda bussin! i’m very happy with the food, but i dropped a tot and my brother got no cherries or limes in his food. overall, bad service, good food, awful bathrooms

The bathrooms: a HORROR show. They’re located on the outside, The men’s bathroom looked ghastly. The women’s didn’t even have a sign and wouldn’t lock, and the inside of the toilet looked like something died in it. Floors were absolutely filthy in both. I can only imagine would the kitchen looks like. We ended up at Food Lion across the parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend getting food from an establishment that doesn’t give a crap about the state of their facilities. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I can’t comment on the other reviews here, as I had a totally different experience. I did the drive thru at around 1pm on a Thursday. A young lady took my order and it arrived perfectly. The grilled cheese sandwich was well made, not burnt like some other places. The fries were hot and crispy at the right amount. All the other items in the order were, also, hot and tasted well. I was asked if I would like salt, pepper, or ketchup, which was great because I had forgotten. Plus they were pressure washing, which is great as they are looking at taking care of the appearance. So all in all, it was a good experience. Thanks.

Meh, food was good. They forgot one of our items but gave it to us when we asked. The grilled cheese wasn’t cut like in the picture so it made it harder to eat. The “Rainbow Slush” isn’t like the picture either. I ordered it cause I thought it would look cool but it didn’t. It tasted good though.

This is the absolute Sonic I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here multiple times and it gets worst each time. They don’t have enough workers to get one order out within 15 minutes. Don’t ever try the drive through when they are busy because they won’t answer the machine or tell you to wait one second. I just sat at the order menu for 5 minutes with no response. I will never visit this location ever again and advise every one else to beware when coming to this Sonic location.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. We made an order through the app, waited at the restaurant for 45 minutes and still didn’t get our order. They refused to give us a refund because we had been there too long.

I only get their soft pretzel sticks with marinara sauce and they are great and they are the only thing that don’t make me sick while having Kemo and Radiation and the people that work there are totally awesome every time & I highly recommend them pretzel sticks.

I don’t recommend stopping, they don’t participate in online ordering which limits you from using promotions, the bathrooms are atrocious! The ladies room doesn’t even have a lock so I had to use the men’s room, which was disgusting. I’d love to be contacted by the franchise owner for a refund because my order was not good And was over $15 for two items.

I dont typically get food from here so I don’t know that. However, it’s always touch and go with the ice cream machine “being broken”. I had my daughter go last night and ordered 3 medium Reese blasts. She gets all the way home and all thre of us realize after a few bites. The thing was entirely just vanilla ice cream with a few sprinkles of reeses on top. No I did not drive all the way back to the store.. It cost 21 and change. Disappointed to say the least.
