This place was amazing especially the management team as I may have had all the money for my meal, it was all in change and i really wanted a choc shake and haven’t McDonalds in over 4 weeks, as i just relocated to the area and I am still looking for work. So, i may owe them around $.75 or something ish but the manager in duty paid the rest for me that night and before i got home i had that while shake gone so, remember when you guys help ppl out that way you never know what they are through and i thank you guys so very much!

This McDonald’s is remodeled, making it so most people can’t see in the kitchen. I sat in a spot where I could see the kitchen. I just watched a lady grab a mop, put the mop over her shoulder with the mop end slinging behind her at head height. She walked by the fries and shimmied the handle of the deep fryer while the end of the mop was at head height swinging behind her. They can watch the camers to confirm this. It happened around 7:03pm 1/26/2025. Not only did they not complete my order and forgot simple things like they do the majority of the time, they also aren’t sanitary. I will also speak for most people. We don’t want your shitty ketchup packets, follow Whataburger, and put ketchup in the style of container the ranch comes in.

It’s McDonalds. Really didn’t expect better. Sat at drive through with no greating. 5 minutes later, pulled up to window. Still took forever to get my order. Worst mcdonalds around.

I’ve visited many McDonald’s over the years, and I usually know what to expect. When I lived elsewhere, the location near me had great service, friendly staff, and fast, reliable food. Unfortunately, since moving back to Aberdeen, I’ve had a completely different experience at this location.
The customer service here is consistently disappointing. The attitude from the staff makes it uncomfortable to even ask a simple question — you’re met with rudeness or eye-rolls instead of help. The food isn’t anything special either, which makes the poor service even more frustrating.
Most recently, I placed a mobile pickup order through the app. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have the item I ordered — and instead of canceling it ahead of time or notifying me, I had to come all the way there just to find that out. When I asked how to get my money back, the employee acted like I was the problem. I wasn’t upset that they didn’t have the item — I just wanted to understand how the refund process worked. The employee repeated several times that they couldn’t make it, which I had already acknowledged, but she kept escalating with more attitude instead of simply helping me.
This kind of experience makes it really hard to want to return. If you’re in Aberdeen, the McDonald’s on Second Street is slightly better — I haven’t had any rude encounters there, though the food is still average. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this particular location unless major improvements are made in customer service.

I came thru the drive thru to get my dogs breakfast this morning and Carlos and his team were amazing. It’s nice that they made sure even my dogs had good hash browns and sausage.

So, the food was shocking. I came through the drive through and asked for “2 sausage mcgriddles, 4 hash browns and 1 sausage McMuffin” they gave me 1 sausage mcgriddle and 1 sausage McMuffin with the hash browns. I checked the bag before I left and noticed it was wrong, I circled back to the drive through and ordered “2 sausage mcgriddles” again, once I got home and looked in the bag it was 2 sausage McMuffins -_- and the crazy part was the receipt said “sausage mcgriddle”. I’m not necessarily sure how you mess up someone’s order twice. Might wanna get that hearing checked out. Forgot to mention the hash browns were definitely not crispy they were soggy.
