Super slow service. People on there phones inside. No organization. Placed a mobile order before arriving and waited another 25 minutes after getting there. Ice cream Was melted before it made it to the car. Totally disorganized zero stars would be drastically more accurate. Avoid this place like the plague.

Unsatisfactory Experience with Order Accuracy
I recently visited a Sonic drive-thru and encountered issues with my order. I was charged for burgers that were missing when I got home. When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the only solution offered was for me to drive 20 miles back to pick up the missing items.
This experience was disappointing and highlights a need for better order accuracy and customer service. I hope Sonic can improve in these areas moving forward.

Chipped a tooth on their “ched r peppers. A rock would’ve been more edible. The staff is nice but slow (mentally). Wrong size drink, no nerds in the slushie either. I dislike this place.

Half price shakes after 8 are pretty great. Only came three fourths full. Still good though.
Edit: Wish they had better straws or blended them more, can’t even drink a chocolate shake 15 minutes later.

I did a mobile order for the simpliest order. Small fry and a cup of ice. I waited 10 mins past my pickup time only for my fries to be old, cold n crunchy and cup of ice not full. Not to mention prices/taxes in this area are more expensive. 1st and last time making a pit stop here on commute.
My review just went from 2 to 1 star. It says the owner is responding but the feedback is to call another owner. That makes no sense to me. Its deceptive that they respond to reviews asap but sadly its for the customer to take additional steps. Nope I’ll let my review sit rt here and it will be more effective
