Chili lime is one of my comfort restaurants.
The vibe is very chill, the employees are all welcoming.
The food is great, the quesadilla has toppings spread all the way to the edges, just an example of how much care is put into it.
Also, they have Pepsi products. Please never switch to coke. Mtn. Dew is so much better than mellow yellow.

Very rude. Was here to pick up a DoorDash and made fun of the way I pronounced a name. I wanted to actually come back and eat here, but after that interaction I will not be. Crazy how you make fun of someone for mispronouncing a name they’ve never seen before. Great Way to keep people coming back.

Absolutely love it here. Tacos are delicious, and they have a lot of great jarrito options. The vibe is super fun because there’s a bar option and a more relaxed dining option as well. 11/10, would recommend.

I have loved this place for years! Can’t skip the bang bang shrimp tacos they are to die for! Fun takes on some interesting taco flavors and the classics! Doesnt beat an authentic place but it’s in a league of it’s own for what it is!

Needed some tacos, and this was the nearest place at the time. Boy, what in the world did I order? This ain’t taco and why is this Subway chipotle sauce doing on my tacos? I struggled to finish one and threw the rest away.
Do youself a favor and go get some real tacos from those taco trucks.

We were running errands and decided to check this place out, especially since we recently returned from Mexico. We rolled in just before 7pm and the end of happy hour. Took advantage of the house margaritas that were very tasty. We also enjoyed all the different tacos. Yum! The chips were really good too! Also, loved the 80s music in the background. Definitely worth checking out. Very laid back and a fun place to hangout.

Weird atmosphere, kind of unorganized with chairs stacked up in weird places. The kids working were nice but quiet. Ordered a few tacos for my wife and myself. Hardly any fixings, dry meat. Ironic it didn’t even come with a lime considering it’s in their name. There are much better Tex mex and Latin food options nearby so I won’t be revisiting.

Nice taco pitstop in Champlin. Reasonable priced ice cold tap beers and super tasty tacos and bowls.
El Pastor taco was traditional with onions and cilantro. The beef bowl was delicious with the chipotle ranch sauce topper. Service was super fast at 5pm and satisfied with a 5 minute food delivery after ordering being in a hurry. First time here and have had their food truck in the community at several locations.

Service and atmosphere were fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was not very flavorful– pretty bland (Americanized). A good option for children or adults who don’t like much flavor. We might actually return with our young kids. We ate carnitas and chicken burritos. I would have liked to try fish or barbacoa but we dined late in the day near closing and they were out. My wife noted the rice was a bit undercooked and the carnitas had little flavor. I sampled and agreed. If carnitas lack flavor, you can imagine there’s no hope for chicken. We tried the two hottest salsas on the side. The hottest (reaver) had OK flavor so that made my chicken burrito enjoyable (and we were pretty hungry). We did like their guacamole compared to what we’ve had a lot of places, but my homemade guac is tough to beat. Churros were just OK. On a personal note, everything we eat we compare to our time in Mexico city which is admittedly a very high bar for any restaurant to surpass. El sabor de el jefe es increíble!
