This is the last time I’m ordering from Sonic. The chicken was completely overcooked—burnt on the outside and dry inside. It’s not just a one-time issue either; every chicken sandwich I’ve ordered has been the same. They need to do better.
On top of that, the packaging was careless. Everything was shoved into one bag, even though I spent enough to expect basic attention. The sandwich was crushed, and it looked like they didn’t even have an extra bag to separate items properly.
The staff clearly didn’t care. I asked for ketchup when I placed the order—it was listed—but there was none in the bag.
This experience was frustrating from start to finish. Sonic really needs to improve both their food quality and customer service.

Absolutely awful service. Placed mobile order and waited and waited at assigned stall. About 10 minutes after our food was supposed to be out we pushed the red button and asked about our food. A man opened the drive thru door, looked at us and LAUGHED, and a few minutes later a sour faced unfriendly lady (the screen said Julia) brings us our food with no greeting or words back to us even though we said hello to her and thanked her multiple times. Also found some hard foreign object in my chili cheese tots. Will NOT return to this sonic.

This place should just close. Went there a few months back and they didn’t give us the right amount of chicken tenders. Tried 1 last time yesterday evening and no improvement, ask for a plain burger it came out with cheese on it sent it back and instead of making me a new burger, the just removed the cheese and gave it back. If you’re un happy about you job or don’t want to be there, move on because you’re playing with people’s health. Just not worth it at all.

Honestly not a great experience. We used the app, which instructed us to park in a slot and provide the number, which we did. According to the app and slot display our order was delivered and no food had arrived. We hit the button to ask for help and an employee opened the carhop door, saw us and laughed, and eventually sent out our order. The tots were cold and had to be reheated at home, and there was an unidentifiable hard piece in my fiancees food.

Worst place ever. This place used to be good. I ordered two ft long coneys and this is the horrible excuse for food I received. It was inedible. And had to wait 17 minutes for my food after I ordered it. There was one car in front of me and they had a single drink order. I wrote to Sonic corporate and they sent me an email saying that to make up for this I will receive a free regular size hot dog in my Sonic App. A small hot dog for two foot longs that weren’t even edible. I never complain about stuff like this, but this was totally inexcusable. My suggestion is find a different Sonic. I know I will never spend another dime at this one!

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. Came home to discover it only had half a slice of bacon on it. This is a bacon cheeseburger worth $13??? Sonic brownie blast was mostly melted when the server brought it out, which meant they made the shake first and it was sitting. The lid wasn’t secure and ended up spilling in my car so that was fun.

Service was great. But there isn’t a single trash can on the exterior of the premises. Which is extremely odd considering you eat in your vehicle.

Long wait. Seem to only had 2 workers…. Maybe 3.. looked to have a mom and daughter duo. Daughter was very polite. Mom at window and daughter walking out with orders to speed up the line. Maybe a cook, but I seen mom in the back as well…. Either way my Supersonic Burritos was very small. Tots fried too hard. No salsa. Was highly disappointed..
I hope they get it together, this is like one of the few Sonics left in the area

Horrible. I’m not a sonic person never have been but my daughter asked to go here for an m&m ice cream her friend had. There was only one woman working at lunch time so the wait was pretty long. I ordered a side of onion rings and a chicken tender combo. The grease must be really old because the fried food was really dark and didn’t look fresh. The onion rings were not greasy an undercooked. We couldn’t eat anything I purchased. I felt bad for the woman so I just left by yeah will never be returning per usual.
