Me and the wife ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and got a mountain of slop it looks like a 5 year old made it. Well we consumed it as we were eating it stomach pain so bad we had to stop eating it. and got very sick throwing up and bad case of stomach pain in the bathroom from bad case of diarrhea my lord it was so bad had to go to hospital and it was diagnosed as food poisoning. It was not just me it was me and my wife. Hospital advise me and my wife to contact department of health of contaminated food. Plus hospital has the rest of the burger for lab examination. Please be careful with this establishment if you value your health.

Ordered a Jr chicken sandwich and they served it with brown old lettuce. Their diet coke was just syrup. They need to make sure it’s right before serving to customers. Reached out to customer service still have not heard from the store itself as stated they would be contacting me.

Food tasted okay, fries were ice cold tasted like they’ve been sitting there for a while.I asked for extra cheese on my burger, I did get the extra cheese but it wasn’t even melted, my burger was cold and also tasted like it was sitting out. My card wouldn’t work through the stalls. The friendly staff member had to take my card inside and pay, what an inconvenience. Never coming here again..

I love the thought of Sonic. I glade this location has online ordering now. But Drive Threw is only available or walk up or app. My burger the bread fell apart and burger was so well dry . The cheddar peppers tasted funny. But at least my shake was on point

Horrible slow service. Ordered online, 45 minutes later we got our COLD food. It had been sitting there while we waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes. The selection of food is more unique then other fast food places, but its not any better. Never again, this was my 1st visit to sonic, and it is my last.

Enjoyed our first Sonic experience.

Drive your car to a parking spot, review the menu board, push a button to order, pay with cash or card when food is delivered to your car. If you walk up, you don’t go inside, but order similarly from a menu board next to covered table area. Really great when the weather is cold and rainy!

The burgers were larger versions of a typical fast food burger, the onion rings were good sized and we got 6 of them in our order. The pop and shake were both served in a styrofoam cup.

The shake, a real banana shake, was amazing. Pieces of banana throughout. Some blocked the straw.

A dollop of fake whipped cream on top of the shake was a nice touch, but I wish they’d switch to real whipped cream, or make it an option.

I want to try the corn dog next time.

Usually love the chicken and tots/fries at Sonic but each time I have tried ordering a specialty drink there has been a significant problem. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, however I’m not sure how much of that is on Sonic or Doordash tbf. The drink in the picture was supposedly at one point “The Paris”…I was expecting a pink drink as shown on the menu, not a brown sludge with curdled whipped cream chunks. Who thought that handing this drink to a customer was ok? If I had ever done this when working in food service I would have been canned immediately. Not to mention the inexplicable substitution of a corn dog instead of a pretzel. No service? No food? No more of my money.

Usually I love this place. The day I went, the burger bun was cold and dry, the pretzel had no salt. Ordered thru the app, but couldn’t check in when I got there. Had to go up to the door to let staff know I was parked. The drinks, as usual, were great. Love Sonic ice! Wish there was one closer to my house.
