Was looking for Asian food during a short trip to Munich and chanced upon this Vietnamese restaurant online. Ordered Chicken Pho. The soup was tasty and the vegetables were fresh. Presentation of the food was on point too. Highly recommended.

If you’re American or southern Vietnamese, you’ll be disappointed. With the outrageous prices and mediocre flavors, this place is geared toward Germans or Europeans that don’t appreciate the nuances and peasant food that the cuisine has to offer.

I don’t think the owners are Viet but either way, the cost does not equate the food and atmosphere.

The restaurant had many free tables on a Friday evening. The service was elegant, yet still friendly. As I had a sore throat I ordered ginger tea and a pho soup. The ginger teas was fresh and invigorating as was the pho soup which was also very delicious. Highly recommended!

The soup we ate gave us food poisoning!!!Service was super bad! 2 times different orders were served. And then they give us bill for some other order. Which we paid and then notice it was not our order! So we told them and wanted to pay more if there was a difference! And yes there was difference and which we wanted to pay by card then they said no its not possible either pay cash of 5 euros or pay 20 euros with card and then they pay us 15 back cash?! Like i have never been at a restaurant where the staff is so untrained!

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Munich. Location, customer service and food quality is all top notch. A bit more expensive than usual, but still very good on quality/price ratio.

I finally got to try this trendy new viet place with a friend and I can say that I wasn’t disappointed. I’m a big fan of variety with small portions so their appetizer for two was the perfect choice! I definitely recommend you try it out. Also the crab “crepes”, which are like deep fried crispy crab, were to die for!

The food is fine but nothing wow, the prices were fair. I would recommend it for a business lunch because the service was really nice and friendly

Second time here, great experience. Unlike most of similar places, Oanh offers dishes that are very unique and authentic. Each dish comes with a healthy bunch of herbs which as far as I know is typical for local cuisine. Fresh Garden cocktail is delicious- but again, like everything on the menu. The prices are moderate, 15 to 20 euros for main dish, but it is worth it. And when it comes to service, I think they are the friendliest people I met in Munich ❤️
