I had placed a mobile order ahead of time to save time, boy was that a mistake. I pull up to one of the stalls, and click that I am here. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes for my order. After that time, I was frustrated, so I pulled up to the drive thru and the guy at the window told me he was just about to go and tell me that the stalls were closed for the winter. (when there was absolutely no signage stating so.) I know good and well he wasn’t going to come out and tell me, because he let me wait a whole 30 minutes, until I decided to do something about it. My food had apparently been sitting there ready for ten minutes, so by the time I got it, the food was gross and the ice in my drink was melted. Also, when I got my food, I didn’t even get any sauces that I had ordered.
Horrible service. Horrible management. I do not recommend going here!

Bro. I went there not even 5 minutes ago. They proceeded to burn two bags of our onion rings, and tried to gaslight my sister that there was no orange creamsicle drink on the menu. I have never gotten food burned this bad at any fast food location in my life LOL

This place completely sucks. I don’t know how the building is even still there. I’ve been there 3 times. The first 2 times, with no line, nobody answered the drive through after 3 straight minutes and I drove away. The third time they told me they don’t have burgers.

I went to this location at a reasonable hour of the night. They did not have any drinks or desserts on the menu as well as some of their sandwiches and sides. The machine did not take my card at all. Im not talking about a decline. It just did not take it at all. The staff was really quick when he took my card inside. They’re not super quick, but they’re not super slow either. Overall, it’s best to go in the morning to early afternoon to ensure you’re getting the food you want.

This place reeks of bad management. The employees are mostly nice, nothing spectacular.
The food? Terrible. It’s 11:30PM, all I want is a corn dog. All you have to do is drop it in the fryer.
The corn dog I received looked like it was fried for hours, many hours ago, and then they had Jack Frost sit on it for half a day. Burnt, cold, hard, begging to be thrown out.
Just put the dog in the fryer.

Needs severe improvements! 1st problem is the it wasn’t packed or backed up and they still got my order wrong. 2nd they gave me the ice-cream machine is down story just like McDonald’s does when its not being managed properly. No slushies or ice-cream is a no no when it comes to a franchise like sonic yall know better than that. The customer service wasn’t too bad they didn’t have attitudes so that was a plus. I wouldn’t suggest eating here unless you want to risk issues. I say the owner needs to visit and make improvements after inspection. I don’t give a review like this often but here it is.

Stopped by for lunch with the wife and kid. I have been to the location in Latham, never to the one in Troy. Place was overall very clean. There was no line, our order was spot on and no mistakes. The waiter delivered the order and repeated it (very fast) before putting it on the table. I ordered a chicago dog, tater tots, and a cherry limeade. Food was delicious and what to expect at sonic.
