Gotta Go Fast Food.
Never been to a Sonic before, but I’ve heard plenty about them. The concept of the restaurant is nifty, but in the end it is fast food so takeout is what I aim for.
Ordered at the drive-thru, going with the Triple Sonic Smasher, Onion Rings, and the Unicorn Dream Slush. Total coming to a bit over $21, pretty decent price for a triple patty burger with a side and special drink and it’s not a combo deal.
Drank the slush on my ride home and had some thoughts. The flavor is rather muted because of how cold the drunk is, but if you try to get a big gulp of the slush you end up with brain freeze or icicle teeth. The whipped cream was closer to a gelato consistency, very thick, but had that rather annoying “sticks to the roof of your mouth” quality. And the straw provided is paper, so by then end of the drink it become useless as the round flavor balls inside clog the pipe. Still, I enjoyed sipping on it in the hot day.
Back home I snacked on the onion rings and was really weirded out by how sweet they were, not in a directly sugar coasted way but the breading had a sweetness I do not normally find in the onion rings I’ve had before. I was reminded of fried dough, like something in the frying oil made them sweeter. Weird.
The smash burger however, zero complaints. It was meaty, savory, cheesy, thick, the buns were soft, the sauce was tangy, and the whole thing was well worth the nine or so dollars I spent to get it. Yummy.
Overall, slushy was fun if somewhat lacking, the onion rings were carnival fair, and the burger was excellent. 4/5. Close Ward, close.

If I could give this place zero stars, trust me, I would. The manager doesn’t care and basically lets the workers do whatever they want. The restaurant is very dirty, and the workers are extremely rude, lots of dirty stares. This location either needs to be restaffed or shut down. I went to order food and got it 30 minutes later. I checked it before leaving and saw that the patty was burnt and overcooked, so I brought it back to the girl at the front counter and she offered to remake it. Five minutes later, another girl came out with the remade sandwich and as she handed it to me, she basically laughed in my face. When I checked it, the sandwich was undercooked and raw in some areas. I also asked for no mayo, and they still put mayo on it. And before I even asked for the sandwich to be remade, they gave me fries instead of tater tots. This was my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last. Also, I waited so long for the food and it was cold and soggy. I had to throw everything away.

My first experience was HORRIBLE ♀️ When we pulled up i order a blueberry lavender lemonade they gave me a blue raspberry lemonade and when i asked for the right one there was not even a spoon full of lavender in my drink so i get more, I asked for 2 barbecue sauce and 2 honey mustard and they only gave me 2 honey mustard, then i ordered a 5 tender meal and they gave me a 3 tender meal but when i told them they decided to only throw 1 tender in my bag so it still wasn’t a five tender meal AND THERE WAS HAIR IN MY TENDERS, and they didn’t give me ANY napkins. Smh ♀️ never coming back

The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. You can literally see people sitting on their phone inside who should probably be working but instead, your order is 20 minutes late. Figure yourselves out and get some employees with better attitudes. Maybe they’ll work faster.

I have seen some pretty bad places but this tops the list. Went thru drive thru and placed and order for two fish sandwiches, onion rings, fries and cheddar poppers. Pulled up to the window and was observing the staff. I was dismayed that no one was using gloves or hats. In one instance I observed one employee touching his private part and making food with the same hands. How gross. The food is gross, the place is gross. Health department will be getting a call in the morning.

me and my mom pulled up to get 2 diet cherry limeades from when we asked for the drinks she said ok and that’s all as we pulled up we saw her in a pink bonnet just staring after we’d made her order for pick up. When she came to the window to give us some our drinks she started at us we said thank you very nicely and she slammed the window and walked away i work in food service and would never treat a customer like this a simple smile and no problem goes a long way it’s insane to spend money and revive service like that very disappointing. And no I don’t wanna report to a phone number or link. The owner should see this.

The night shift staff, in particular, provide terrible service; they don’t care about the customers and behave disrespectfully. This establishment needs to replace its staff as soon as possible.

I placed an order through the app and im standing at the counter with absolutely no employees in sight. I’ve stood here long enough to decide to leave this review. Its insane. I just want my food. The incompetence here is ridiculous.
Edit 5 mins later: still waiting. People are walking out. I would too if i hadn’t already paid. Waste of my time at this point.

Don’t bother with this location. For almost $7 I ordered one of there Turtle truffle blasts and added peanut butter. The employees didn’t even blend any of the mix ins or peanut butter. It was all thrown on top of plain vanilla ice cream with barely any space to put a spoon to actually mix it with the ice cream. What a ripoff! Stick to the locally owned ice cream places that actually blend the ice cream with toppings and are cheaper.

Placed a mobile order from the stall because I wanted to use the rewards that I have available in the app. They bring the food out and the attendant informed me that they didn’t have Eggs to make the breakfast burrito and they didn’t have the lime syrup for my drink… So they just didn’t make them and brought the rest of the food out. I asked the attendant if those items were refunded or not and he says he’ll get the manager. Manager comes out and says that he can’t refund it because the order was placed on the mobile app but he could comp a substitution. Didn’t want that, at that point I was already so frustrated that there was no communication about them not having the ingredients necessary to make the food that I didn’t want a substitution.
So I call the corporate sonic line and request a refund. First time I called in they said they could only refund the items that were not given. Okay. W/e. Then I go to try some of the food that was received and the tater tots are hard as a rock and cold. Daughter said her chili fries were gross because the fries were hard and somehow soggy at the same time.
I called the corporate line back and demanded a full refund and then went back in the store and spoke with the manager. Just to inform him that I had called sonic and requested a refund on the order. The manager tried arguing with me that the food was cooked fresh and should be good. I wasn’t trying to get in an argument with this guy so I just told him that I was just letting him know, left the food on the counter, and walked out.
Terrible terrible terrible experience.
