Well seriously, my husband and I have visited this establishment several days in a row while staying at a local hotel near by. Please explain to me McDonald’s employees and managers as to why for THREE days in a row this is the same way your bathroom facilities have been presented to your paying customers??!! Disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable!!

Absolutely horrible I went through drive-through Waited at least 10 minutes I was the only person in line. It was a double line after The service person said please hold then waiting in line for other people came through the other drive-through line. They all got served and I was still waiting in line. I’m aware that McDonald’s probably does not care How customers are treated But by far the one here in Grand Rapids, Michigan is the worst one I’ve seen. And probably will not go back to that particular one

I ordered on app. Got to the restaurant no one answered the call box. When I drove up to the pay window am employee was standing at the office door talking to someone else. Never acknowledged my existence and when I tapped my horn looked at me and left the visible area. I waited for another 5 minutes, drove back around where people were still waiting at the call box and no one was working. Never got food because employee felt lazy and didn’t feel like working or taking a mobile app order number

I waited 30 minutes without a single car moving. Then I pull up to the window and one of the employees starts loudly complaining about me while I’m within ear shot. I never expect like super exceptional service from a McDonald’s, but to put me and like 20 other cars thru that and then give me cold food is crazy. I come here somewhat regularly and usually there isn’t any troubles. No one is overtly friendly but no one is rude. Whoever they had in charge today? Was not it.
I had already paid on the mobile app and got blocked in by other cars or I would’ve just left. But to have a 30 minute stand still w no explanation and then to just actively talk badly about your customers is willllllddd. I’d also like to put on record that the girl that gave me my cold food, was an absolute peach and lovely :). She is the only reason service got 2 stars. I even tipped her like ten bucks because she has to deal with whoever that dude is all the time.

Messed up half my order and there was one worker that was so so rude and had the worst attitude, kind of a younger girl, but so rude I stood at the counter for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help and that girl past me probably 10 plus times and did not say anything and got angry when she was told to help the people at the counter. Overall not a good experience, no matter if it’s busy or not no one should be treated like how the people in there were treating customers.

my entire order was incorrect the bread that was served on my order was stale. the two managers Drew and will very rude very lazy and very short with everyone not really doing their job
went back tonight to try McDonald’s again and when I went in so it’s all this manager by the name of will his hair was nappy his shirt was untucked talking to another person at the counter being real disrespectful to him I just went ahead and turned around and walked out I think I’ll go back when it gets better or at least not on second shift when this manager will is working

Used the drive-thru around 8:30pm it was busy. Waited aprox 15 mins to order. Ok it happens.
The employee on the speaker was very rude and yelled at me because I was asking for an item with no sauce.
Fine,maybe she’s just having a bad day and is stressing.
Picked up food, guys at the window were screwing around and giggling like idiots. Fine, whatever. Obviously the night wasn’t moving smoothly for the staff, fiiiine.

Wrong sauce with my nuggets.
Maybe got 8 fries in my order, nicely dumped upside down.
Diet coke instead of regular.
Not worth driving back or calling the store.
Tried to be cool the staff was struggling but you guys need to do better

Went to this location cause I assumed kentwood would be nicer than the other locations on 28th st. I asked for extra ice in my sweet tea and it had less than half a cups worth of ice in it lol also my McDouble doesn’t have onions on it so I’m assuming whoever ordered without onions is going to be unhappy. That’s like my favorite part of the burger too so disappointing on my end as well. Staff was not personable or friendly whatsoever either. Food was at least hot

This may be the worst McDonald’s in Grand Rapids. Maybe even the entire state. They are slow, blame machinery and equipment for their short comings. Swore at me. Told me to get the bleep out. Well I recommend u drive a mile west to a much better McDonald’s. Don’t go to this one. #verypoorcustomerservice

My friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels and two sides of the breakfast sauce. When we got our order there was only one cup of sauce we asked for the second one and the lady at the window did nothing but argue about how we had to pay for it. As someone who has worked in customer service I know that’s not how it should have went. Her employee made a mistake and all we wanted was the cup of sauce. They finally hand that cup of sauce out and there is hardly anything in it.
