Recently had a reason to make a phone call with a comment to the Sonic..spoke with Oscar and was so pleasantly surprised by his courteous and friendly customer service skills! Returned to Sonic 2 weeks later to follow up with Oscar regarding our initial phone call and again was so pleased to speak with him and meet him in person!! I will be returning for sure!
