Awful customer service and definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. Got an order of $100 and all my wings came without sauce. Called and was told they did not put any sauce on the wings because of the Super Bowl. Huge disappointment.

Really great Buffalo wild wings. This one is clean. The staff is friendly. They have good deals on food and I love grabbing an appetizer after I jog here to get some exercise, nice and quiet. The music isn’t too loud and there’s a great outdoor patio. I would definitely bring my kids here. Some of the other Buffalo wild wings can be rowdy and rundown, but this one is not. It’s really good.

Well I can’t really give an honest bad review or good one. The place was super busy because of Valentines day. Seating was quick. Service was slow. The wait staff seemed to be overwhelmed and under staffed. It took about an half hour to even put our drink order in. Our waiter was so overwhelmed that he kept walking past us to people he just seated. He was apologetic, so we stayed thinking things would get better. When it came time for us to order our food, that took another 15 minutes to a half hour. Finally when our food arrived it was hot, but we couldn’t really enjoy because of frustration.
I would say this. Don’t read into this as a bad review. Just remember when you go out during the holidays, expect the staff may be rushing to accommodate a full restaurant. They may unintentionally pass you by to try and make everyone happy. I will go back on an off day. Then I will be able to give you a full and fair review.

Zero stars for service. We arrived at 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 31, 2026. Despite being told to ‘seat ourselves’ and choosing a visible spot near the bar, we were treated like we were invisible. Multiple groups came in after us—including a family at the very next table—and were served drinks and greeted promptly. After sitting there without a single word from any staff member, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Poor management and zero hospitality. Nothing like the previous times we visited.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings recently and had a great time. The wings were legit—tons of flavors to choose from, and they were cooked just right. I’m a big fan of the spicy ones, but there’s something for everyone, even if you don’t like heat.
The vibe was chill, with games on every screen and a lively crowd. Perfect spot to hang out with friends, grab a beer, and watch whatever sport is on. Our server was super cool and made sure we were taken care of the whole time.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience. The food was delicious we tried cauliflower wings which were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. We also had boneless wings with Asian zing and hot sauces. As always very good. We also had the everything pretzel bites. The beer cheese is very good. It was mid day and there were only 2 other tables occupied and a few ppl at the bar. The service was mediocre.

Walked in. Staff said take a seat anywhere..sat down and there was already 2 tables that was already eating as there was another 2 groups behind us, we all sat at different tables. They got served menus and drinks before us. Then the waitress took their orders. Me and my friend didn’t even get a menu let alone have any staff member come to our table as we sat at the table before them and there was only a total of 5 tables full and 2 were already eating, wasn’t busy as the bar area seemed to be busier. Waited about 10 minutes before we got up to leave and as we were leaving another staff member tell us to enjoy the rest of our day as we said we didn’t even get a menu as everyone else who sat after us got drinks and their order taken. Not even any attempt to rectify the situation or any apology. Don’t understand it as it wasn’t busy at all.

The service at Buffalo Wild Wings was really good—friendly and attentive staff. However, my chicken tenders tasted a little dry and spicy, the fries were slightly stale, and the honey mustard sauce was spicier than expected. Overall, a good experience thanks to the great service, but the food could use some improvement.

Tried them on the spur of the moment. Was advised To make sure to ask for extra crispy wings…good advice. I would have showed you what I got but the boxes were grabbed opened and devoured before I could. Buy two get 50% of special Tuesday deal was great. The hamburger was really sad. And the very spicy wings were not very spicy at all.
It seems they have a problem with their reward system. I did not get credit for my last few dinners here. Very sad. And they don’t know how to fix it!
