We put in a large order of 4 sonic smashers, one triple combo medium meal (with fries and drink), a regular cheeseburger, as well as a small onion ring. After ordering we paid and picked up the food as normal. we revived almost everything, we were missing one sonic smasher and the triple combo burger. At the time we only noticed the sonic smasher was missing. We drove around again and explained we were just missing the sonic smasher, I can understand that they maybe won’t just give us the burger they forgot, but instead of explaining their side, or saying “ oh you wanted four sonic smashers? We were told only 3”. The over night crew yelled over the mic becoming very disrespectful as if we were lying. But no one else was in line before or after us, and we confirmed each burger with the worker while ordering. He never gave us a receipt nor asked us if we wanted one. We payed $66.08 for 3 sonic smashers, one medium fry, one medium sprite, and a small onion ring. The three sonic smashers were two buns, a beef patty and cheese, nothing else. We payed a second time for the fourth sonic smasher that we never received, after being yelled at as if we’re trying to rob the place, just to drive off and find out we’re still missing the triple combo burger for our friend as well.

This location gives me food poisoning without fail. The employees in this location DO NOT know how to handle nor cook food properly. I’ve given this place multiple chances but I am totally fed up with the fact that no matter what I eat from here I always end up with intense stomach pain, vomiting, etc. Something is very wrong with the food that they are serving to the public. Be careful eating at this restaurant, you’ll likely regret it.

A lot of food for a good price. The chicken is like KFC quality which in my opinion is amazing The fries were crispy, and the double cheeseburger was made perfectly. the people working there has ZERO customer service experience. i don’t know if this franchise is owned by a family or what but.. they clearly never worked in a customer service industry. i don’t think they were trying to be rude.. i think they’re just rude naturally. they were screaming at customers, snapping at customers when taking orders or just not responding to them .. just rude for no reason and their motto seems to be trying to be “unfriendly” as much as possible.
on a positive note, .. the food tasted like they should. i was actually amazed at how good the food tasted after seeing the service. it was one of the better fast food burgers i’ve had in town – much better than mcdonalds and burger king or wendys. i was actually shocked that the food tasted like it should taste. but the customer service was really a turn off.

I came here yesterday for the first (and last) time. There was a big communication issue with the employee. I ended up with a Jr double cheeseburger and two slushies (I ordered one). The worst part was I used my debit card and it approved the order; however, the employee later said I had to re-swipe. I explained that it already was processed but she wouldn’t bung. I was like I BETTER NOT BE CHARGED TWICE! She assured me I wouldn’t be and yet today I see that there are two duplicate charges on my card from SONIC.

Great Hot Dogs, Coney Dogs, Hamburgers, drink specials – located inside a 7-11. Unfortunately the 7-11 has limited parking, but the Sonic part has drive-through and 3 parking spaces for mobile pickups. Prices are reasonable, especially as the burger fast food places become outrageous. The app, and in store, make placing an order simple. Service was fast, friendly, correct. Cleanliness was excellent.
