Wife and I arrived at the drive thru around 1130pm. Placed our order at 1141 and were told by the cashier that the food would be brought out in a few minutes. There were 3 other customers in front of us that had also pulled up after ordering without anything being handed to them from the window. We waited 20-minutes without any sign we would be brought our food. After pulling back up to the window and asking for a refund, a different woman came to the window. Our receipt said Justine, but this was a different person. She was rude and argumentative and said we should have waited at the window, despite us telling her that we were told to pull off and it would be brought out to us. She claimed she was the one who met us at the window, which was a lie. The one we paid to was wearing a bright red shirt and she was wearing black; we could see the other woman inside. She offered no apologies and we had to ask several times just to get the refund. She didn’t even offer the food we paid for and never received. I said I would like to speak to a manager, and she said “im not doing this” and slammed the window shut. Not sure what training they receive, but even for end of shift, this was terrible.

I ordered on the app thinking it will be quicker. When I arrived, it wouldn’t let me “check in” so I had to turn around and go through the drive thru anyway. It took me THIRTY minutes in line in the drive thru to get my food. I only stayed because my food was already paid for. There were only 3 cars in front of me. AND my order was wrong/they forgot to get me a straw for my drink.

First time we ordered through the app we waited for 30 minutes for someone to bring out our food. While shopping in Milford last week, we decided to order ahead through their app again. Wrong decision. We text the number when we got there. The drive thru was going faster than us getting our food. We waited for 20 minutes for our food….and the employee gave us the wrong drinks. Since he couldn’t take the drinks back, we had no other choice but to take while someone else had our drinks. I understand if you’re short staffed but at the same time before giving food/drinks to someone…. wouldn’t you double check to make sure everything is correct?

We mistakenly entered through the incorrect way (but the lot was otherwise empty and we had a completely clear view where it was safe, despite the innocuous mistake). Because of this small mistake, the manager stormed out, and was immediately unnecessarily rude and confrontational and refused to serve us. She also accused us of almost hitting her employee (we were absolutely nowhere near him, and had clear view and awareness of him and navigated carefully around him, giving him plenty of space). A ridiculous experience for our first time there. Go elsewhere—there are much better options nearby!

I ordered from the drive thru lastnight, thinking it was going to be a great experience and I was horribly let down. The employee Jeff asked me to fill out the survey in the window. I filled it out while waiting, thinking I was going to get top notch service and quality prepared food.
My chili on the chili dog was warm but the hot dog was cold. My onion rings were soggy, couldn’t even pick them up out of the bag. My burger had black specs on the bun, the bun was stale and it was visibly poorly prepared. The only thing I ate was my cinnamon bites after paying $25 for an entire meal. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WILL NEVER GO BACK.

This is literally the worst fast food place I’ve seen. The restaurant is closed from the inside so you can only order from the drive-thru. This drive-thru takes 30 minutes to get your order if 3 cars are ahead of you. Either shut this place down, get new employees or open up the restaurant area. I’m waiting in line to just get a bag of ice as I’m typing this. It’s been over 20 minutes. Crazy.

waited 20 minutes in line just to get 3 drinks- one made completely wrong, and ordered a pretzel that i didn’t even get. the worker also hung UP ON US in the drive thru lane because he thought our name was janice when we clearly said TRAVIS!!!! i can’t believe this i’ve never had a worse experience here. i wanted my pretzel and also my drink made correctly had the wrong lid and the drink made wrong literally has no ice and isn’t caffeinated or carbonated.

Got a bacon double cheeseburger combo, and up sized to large. Photo is of the large fries. Burger was fine, nothing amazing. I did drive thru. Associate was wonderful, very kind and very sweet voice to talk to through the speaker. Good choice on having her in that position. I didn’t catch her name but she had red hair that I really liked as well. I imagine someone else put the fries together because she would have done better.

I haven’t been to sonic in maybe 12 years. Was in the area and wanted a quick, delicious bite. Sadly that didn’t happen. 12 bucks on garbage. Ordered a cheese burger meal. The fries were horrible as was the burger. Literally one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Would rather eat McDonald’s sadly. Never returning.
