Honestly, the food is great. But the customer service could definitely improve. We put in an order and arrived about 10 minutes after the food pickup time. When we walked in the door, an employee was sitting at the table. We stood at the counter for a good minute before he even acknowledged we walked in. Then proceeded to confirm our order and then make us wait 30 minutes for our food. If they were busy I would understand. Clearly that wasn’t the case. Like I said in the beginning, the food is terrific. But a little decent customer service would be appreciated.

I got the general Tso’s chicken and cream cheese wontons. Don’t recommend. Maybe this is a Szechuan place so if you order off that menu it might have been better. My partner got the beef and Chinese vegetables and said it was okay. Don’t recommend the egg rolls.

Love to give it a five stars. However, the kid taking orders isn’t helping the stores cash flow. I have been gone from town for the past 5 years. I miss the lady who use to take orders. She was thankful, and plesent on the phone. This kid makes ordering frustrating. Shouldn’t feel as a customer you are inconveniencing them. Owner needs to sit down with this kid, and educate him on customer service, and we are the ones who keep him employed.

This is my absolute favorite Chinese place in the area! I tend to be a pretty picky eater so i tend just do chicken fried rice and cream cheese wontons. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and the flavor is really impressive (even in a simply dish like what I get). I have introduced this place to some friends of mine who grew up in an Asian household and even they agree this place has what it takes. Customer service is honestly their only iffy part but as long as you are friendly, patient, and kind, you shouldn’t have any issues!

I’m sad to make this review because I really like the food here, but the people are just straight up rude. I’ve placed orders where I’d come in 20 minutes later and get yelled at about how I came in way too late and that my order sat there for 15 minutes. Today, I came in ten minutes after placing my order, and he said, “Why are you here?? You JUST placed your order. Come back in an hour!” Tonight was the last straw with the rudeness. I told him to cancel my order and I left.
