Bravo, bravo, bravo!!! Jordan, Tim and the rest of the crew really know this trade. My wife and I had two wine flights, a charcuterie board, and barrata with delicious bread. Each wine was distinct and delicious. GREAT atmosphere. I felt like I was in NYC or South Beach.

This wine bar is absolutely excepcional. Easily one of the best I’ve been to. Their wine selection is incredible, with an extensive variety that caters to every palate, from crisp whites to bold reds. The staff are genuinely knowledgeable and friendly, always happy to recommend the perfect pairing.
The charcuterie board was a total standout too. Beautifully presented like a work of art, with an amazing selection of cheeses and cured meats. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated and perfectly balanced.
The ambience is warm, cozy and inviting. Filled with natural light from the large windows and comfortable seating both inside and outside. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind for hours and just enjoy great wine, food, and conversation. A true gem on Johns Island! I can’t recommend it enough!

Such an incredible establishment! The sommeliers were true professionals — so knowledgeable, approachable, and passionate about what they do. I celebrated my birthday here and it was hands down the best experience. Every detail felt special!

Offering an incredible selection of wines that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making our visit a true pleasure.

Tastefully designed interior in charming setting. Generous seating with bar and several booths. Upscale feel including bathrooms with cloth hand towels. Exceptional wines with rotating options. We had a charcuterie that fabulous with fruits, cheeses and a delightful departure from the typical plate. Fabulous sunny afternoon in charming, shaded environment. We enjoyed 4 glasses of wine, not our typical intake. Excellent wine options priced typical for the area. We loved it!!

Had a great afternoon at Somm- wonderful hospitality and comfort while the ladies and gents drank their pink wine and wine flights. Local IPA was great, but IPA from MI was slightly oxidized – though a wonderful option on the menu to try. Lovely outdoor patio. Inside felt like you are drinking with friends in your living room. Great staff, can’t wait to come back.

Went to Somm for the first time with my husband last night. We were absolutely blown away by the level of service and the quality of the food and drinks. Taylor on her own would be enough reason for us to be return customers. She was super helpful, kind, and took her time explaining everything to us. Not only will we be back, we plan to become regulars and recommend this place to everyone we know.

If you do anything in Johns Island, I would highly recommend going to the Somm Wine bar. Jordan and Bobby are both knowledgeable and friendly. The passion they have for wine and cheese and bringing an enlightening experience to each customer is amazing. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and clean. The wine, cheese, bread, and butter boards were both delicious and plated beautifully. The desserts offered were delicious as well. 10 out of 10, I will definitely go back.

Great new little wine bar on John’s. Recently opened and very tastefully done. Pricing was great and of course you could buy any bottle and drink there with no corkage fees. Not just 1 but 4 different flights to choose from so there’s an option to fit everyones tastes. They also had a special bottle of the day which is what I chose and was not disappointed. The food options are simple, well executed, light bites which fit in well for a place to grab a glass or 2 of wine and watch the sunset through their giant windows that surround 3 sides of the venue. There was an artist Jeremey @foreverfrommetoyou who was doing a live painting which was a nice touch and he is a fantastic artist. Jordan the owner was tending the bar so needless to say we were treated well by not only him but the other members of his staff as well. If you’re looking for a great little wine bar getaway after a long day, this is the spot.
