Brisket was wonderful, full flavored, sliced thin, well marbled and great Smokey tasty!

Come in and get Kansas City style BBQ. Uh-huh. Sorry to bust your bubble, but I’ve had BBQ from N.C. Kansas City, and Texas. N.C. BBQ tasted just like it looks. Baby crapp yellow. Kansas City BBQ is drowning in sweet sauce to hide the imperfections. In Texas, they don’t put anything on it unless you request it. My experience with this establishment didn’t come until the day after. 3 visits later to the latrine at work. If you know what I mean.
I thought something was up when I tasted the second or third bite last night. But as I mentioned earlier, the real surprise came at work the next day when I visited the latrine 3 times before lunch. Buyers beware is all I have to say. Have a great day.
