Adnan was very welcoming! Amazing cheesecake, Turkish delight of many varieties among other delicacies.
I’ll be back!
Had every intention of taking photographs, but it was just so good
Update: I have tried one of his custom pizzas with spinach, green olives, tomato, mushrooms, cheese, and pomegranate reduction
The crust is handmade and it’s delicious almost with the consistency of a bread
The pistachio baklava is now a breakfast favorite at home and I’ve had the opportunity to try the walnut baklava, which is rich and warm with, pastry and honey equally as delicious as the pistachio variety
Update 2.0 the Pide is phenomenal! Try it

We stopped here on our way through town and had a lovely lunch. They have pizzas, schwarma/kebab sandwiches and lots of baklava. They have french fries (kiddos were happy) that aren’t on the menu. They have “boxes” which come with four small sandwiches and 2 baklava. They have yummy sweets- Turkish delight, Dubai Chocolate, Medjool dates and a small Middle Eastern fragrances section. They also have tea and Turkish coffee in fancy little cups. The staff were polite and friendly and the food came out quickly. They also had Naruto chips for any anime fans.

It was a wonderful experience!! The service, food, and atmosphere were spot on. The hummus and Baklava is made in-house and is outstanding! We loved that everything was so fresh. It was an extremely nice change from the standard dining places here in Tri Cities. We are already planning on when we will be coming back. Thank you Somer Bakery Halal.

If I could give this place more stars I would! Not only was the food SPECTACULAR, the owners were SO nice and the whole place is so cute! Even the homemade bread was so soft and delicious! A great representation of middle eastern culture and food, I would recommend this to anyone passing by Washington. Lowkey wish I lived here just so I could go more often!

Incredible, fresh tabouleh and hummus with beautiful fluffy pita bread. I bought couscous and a kebab marinade packet, and the chicken is delicious and our home smells amazing. I bought a sample of each baklava and love the rich honey flavors. Chocolate baklava is decadent! This was a great way to elevate our home cooking! I’ll be back!

Somer is such a wonderful addition to our community and I’m so happy to finally get something unique in the Tri-Cities. They have authentic sweet and savory baked goods, including incredible flatbreads and pita. They were so delicious and fluffy with beautiful char marks, probably the best I’ve ever eaten. Took them home and warmed it on a skillet with olive oil and it was perfection with our dinner. The desserts were also wonderful, I tried the pistachio baklava and it was crispy with a perfect balance of honey and crushed pistachio. There were other date and coconut type pastries as well. They also have a small grocery section containing Middle Eastern items, as well as an eatery. I can’t wait to come back and try the spinach pie!

Hey Hey Hey. Easiest way to know the quality of food you eat is by how it sits in your stomach. Got lucky and decided to stop over at Somer Bakery for some food. High quality woukd be an understatement.
The food was made with care professionally in a timely manner and it was made to convince. The meal i ate convinced me to write a review. each bite better than the next presentation was appetizing and the typical oil drip associated with cheese was non existant. The music and atmosphere was comfortable and the people where warm and hospitable thank you for the excellent experience i coulsnt reccomend this place more!
