When I got to the counter the woman says immediately there is a 15 minute wait for all food. The airport was not even busy at this time. At first I wanted a chilli dog but they were out of chilli so I ordered a kids grilled cheese. I heard a guy order a hotdog and they said they were out of buns so did a hamburger one work. Then I proceeded to wait like 20 mins. They gave me my food and I boarded my flight only to find out they gave me the nastiest burger bun burnt grilled cheese. It looks like they scraped burnt cheese off the stove and put it in some buns. Poor quality poor service! I wanted my money back but they didn’t give me a receipt

I rarely give a bad review. I don’t like doing it , however, this place is struggling. It is not fast – very slow – very not customer friendly atmosphere. The kids burger is literally a burnt scrap piece of meat. I never got my drink but was so frustrated at that point I didn’t want to ask.
Definitely my first and last time here. Hope the Indianapolis airport finds a better tenant that makes the experience more enjoyable.

Obviously it’s overpriced because it’s in the airport.
I was actually surprised how good the burger was. Definitely one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had. The fries were good and very fresh
There was a wait for the elk burger, but the cashier specified that before I finalized the order, and we had plenty of time. My daughter loved it.
I also tried some of her ice cream, and it was very good quality.

Out of several menu items. Milkshake was $13. Cashier was rude to most, however nice to a couple people. Stated she didn’t have time to make certain items due to being short staffed. They wouldn’t let you order on kiosk, I think to slow down the incoming orders.

The portabello mushroom sandwich is gold but stingy on the vegetables. It could definitely use more, given there isn’t much in it.

Service was good, but out of beef and ice cream when I went (and out of elk and chicken shortly after, so only hot dogs). Ok, I guess we’ll take two double elk. Well, they only had three patties of elk. Fine, a double and a single. The absolute dryest burger I’ve ever had, and not a great flavor. All the flavor of the sandwich came from the bun and condiments. The other locations have good burgers, so wondering what the difference is here. Again, service was good, but the quality of food and quantity of food they stock leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered a bub dog with chili and cheese, a strawberry malt which comes with whip cream and a cherry, fries, and a large (32oz) drink.
I got a hot dog with a smashed bun and no toppings, a strawberry malt that I had to ask for the whip cream and cherry for, and fries. I asked about my drink, they asked what size, I told them a 32 oz., I got a 20 oz. The food taste itself was ok but good luck getting it the way you want it.

I got 2 chicken sandwiches, one without pickles, and then a diet coke and fries. Total was $35. So, to start out the food was extremely overpriced, however I did expect that considering its in the airport. But, the lady working gave us one chicken sandwich and one regular burger with beef. When, we told her that we ordered 2 CHICKEN sandwiches, she claimed that we hadn’t. Obviously, we argued and said that we dont even eat beef. Her attitude was very condescending and rude. Also, our second sandwich came with tomato with the stem attachment… well attached. Also, if you recall I ordered no pickles on one of my sandwiches, to no surprise both had pickles. At this point I didnt want to create a fuss due to the fact that she was already getting annoyed at other customers. Honestly, just really bad experience overall.

Wed 6:46pm: i have more than 40 countries and I dont know how many airports under my belt, but this Bub’s will take the crown for worst service and worst burger! No easy feat in the land of burgers. Well done. Burned burger and bun, no flavor on the patty, fries didn’t deliver anything. 1 star for at least getting the order right.. the ones ordering close to me didnt have the same luck. And this is NOT FAST food – so keep that in mind

Kiosk couldn’t modify menu items or add bottle drinks. I waited almost 20 minutes to get my food – along with several other people. Menu items were out of stock (elk burger). I ordered my burger with cheese and didn’t get it. The lettuce was not fresh and the burger was bland. First and last time eating here. Not to mention the counter staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency. And the counter staff announced out loud that they got to keep the unclaimed food. What an experience for $21.
