They will nickle and dime you over basic items for your burrito like rice and beans. I oversaw a poor attempt at customer service when a customer realized his burrito didn’t come with rice and beans. He wanted to add it which he was willing to pay extra but they refused to do it themselves since he had taken a single bite. The customer was a bit dramatic but this would have been an exemplary time to show good service and they failed.
