Amazing food and friendly service! The enmoladas (chicken in corn tortillas with mole) was incredible. I’ve never had mole that tasted so good!! My partner had the empanadas and they were cooked to perfection. Crispy but not greasy. And the sauces were amazing! The red salsa had a really unique smoky flavor. They also had a super cute bar area. I love that Soli’s has so many unique Guatemalan dishes and I can’t wait to try them all. We’ll definitely be back!

Solis is known for having a large crowd during lunch so I ventured over for dinner. Having never been there, I wanted to try everything. I ordered chorizo, beef, steak and chicken tacos. They were very delicious. The green and hot sauce were very good and unlike anything I’ve ever had before. The beans and rice were good too. I washed it down with an ice cold beer and was stuffed. The restaurant was super clean and the service was exceptional.

My goodness, the food is amazing. The pupusas are delicious and the biggest of any I have had before. The al pastor torta was excellent size, very good, and the bread tasted fresh baked. The fajitas were delicious and perfectly cooked. Can’t wait to come back and try mode dishes, and definitely more pupusas.

So good! We had their parrilladas, a huge platter of different meats, chicken, shrimp and sides and the pupusas. It was all fabulous. We will definitely be back!

If you are a middle age woman you will love this place. If you know the difference from mission flour tortillas and real flour tortillas don’t go here. Mushy rice and plain flavor.

2nd visit. Both visits have been fantastic. No shortcuts, food and preparation is 100% authentic. Very mature flavors. Arroz con pollo, verde enchiladas, tortes, y mole poblano.
