The interior was very untidy. Including myself there were only three people dining inside and when I went in only 3 cars we’re in the Drive-Thru Lane so it was not extremely busy. The tables needed to be wiped off there were lots of crumbs left from previous diners. The floor needed to be swept. More attention needed to be paid to the dining area’s cleanliness

These days customers service is hard to find. The customer service experience was the best I have ever had. They were freaky fast. They literally had my food on the counter before I finished paying. I thought that it must have been sitting under a heater and wouldn’t be fresh. I couldn’t have been more wrong, it was very hot and fresh. It was so good I came back the next day. Thinking maybe the first day was a fluke. Sure enough they had the food on the table before my payment went through. Just as hot and fresh as the previous day. The staff was friendly and potilite. They need to do a case study on how this place is ran. Super efficient, great staff and amazing food. This was my first Popeyes. I have had many since, but none are near as good as this one.

It’s always good here, but they have forgot to give me my mashed potatoes the last 3 times I’ve been…so I made sure to double check before I left the parking lot. They forgot them that time as well. I let them know, so hopefully it won’t be an issue again.

My husband and I have visited this Popeyes location in Stuttgart two times, and I must say that it’s one of the very best locations I’ve ever eaten at. Popeyes has always been one of my favourite fast food joints. Lately, though, I’ve visited a few locations that haven’t been up to par. This store in Stuttgart was refreshingly good. As I said, I have always eaten at Popeyes quite often, so I know what the quality of food and service should be. This time everything was fresh and on point. I always order the mild chicken tender combo with fries and a biscuit. The tenders were hot, juicy, crispy and bursting with flavor. The fries were delicious, as always, not old or dry. The biscuit was perfectly buttered; warm, and fluffy like a little buttery cloud. My husband always gets the mixed fried chicken combo, red beans and rice, and mash potatoes with gravy. He raved about how fresh a delicious his meal was. They served us very quickly, we were in and out in under 10 minutes, even though they were a tad busy. The staff was very friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor. The store was clean and well-stocked. We decided that we will make this a frequent visit on our way home from our monthly doc appointment in clarendon. Very pleased with our experience at this store, keep up the brilliant work!
