Amazing new place. Food is superb. Service is great. The desserts are to die for. Minor issue is that its a small space and the music is too loud and totally not related to the place. But its so good that its a real meaningless and they are still in a pilot mofe so they will improve for sure.

Tried the new Solene Athens today and it’s such a cute spot. Lovely location, beautiful decoration, and those clean, soft colours that make the whole place feel calm and fresh. The coffee was really good, and the girl at the counter was very kind and welcoming. It’s self-service, which keeps things simple and relaxed.
I also tried the brioche—tasty, but at €12 it felt a bit expensive for what it was, and I didn’t notice any prices displayed, which was a little confusing.
Overall, a very pretty place with a nice vibe and good coffee. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

I was delighted to hear about another high-quality spot in the city center, and seeing numerous Greek celebrities recommending it on Instagram, I decided to give it a try. The food was delicious, and the ambiance, with its soft color scheme, was impeccable! However, the service wasn’t particularly nice, especially from the girl working at the bar, whose tone wasn’t very polite! I believe that besides delicious food, service is crucial for any restaurant or bar! Even in a self-service restaurant, the quality and service of the staff need to match the restaurant’s style and standards! Secondly, I suggest replacing the stainless steel decorative trays with better-designed ones; they felt really out of place with the restaurant’s style and level!

We recently visited the restaurant and everything was wonderful — from the ambiance and the food to the staff and the service. We started our dinner with a cheese platter, and for appetizers we tried some of the popular dishes, all of which were excellent.
The wine recommendations were outstanding and paired perfectly with our main courses — the Rossini fillet and the rib-eye steak, both cooked to perfection.
We will definitely visit again, this time with a larger group, to try more of the signature dishes. Highly recommended!

I recently dined at Solene in Athens and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the pappardelle Stroganoff, a beetroot salad with goat cheese, pecans, and pomegranate, and everything was absolutely delicious.
The pappardelle Stroganoff was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce was comforting without being too heavy. The beetroot salad was equally impressive — fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. The combination of sweet beetroot, creamy goat cheese, crunchy pecans, and juicy pomegranate created a perfect harmony of flavors and textures.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend Solene and will definitely be coming back!

Located right in the city center, this place stands out for its beautiful and tasteful decor. The coffee tastes excellent, and the price is very reasonable for the quality. I didn’t have to wait long to place my order, and there’s a wide variety of sweets available. Definitely a nice spot to enjoy good coffee and desserts.
