When I picked up my pizza I had to yell to the back of the store to get something to help me?
My pizza got home and looked at it it looked like a frozen store Pizza. Very little toppings and cheese. I ordered the dessert baked goods or whatever all it was was churros cut up some white sugar icing in a plastic package not like the picture of a little cup that look like whipped cream cheese. Horrible deceiving some of the churros were hard as a rock. Could not eat them. All of this for $30 plus of my money? But got a free 2 litter soda to wash it down?
Very unhappy! I was at the same store a month ago and it was good what’s up with that!

Went in to get pizzas, 2 orders for $24.99 ea. Got only one topping on one of the pizzas, went back to inquiry why there was one 1 topping on a 2 topping pizza, she looked at me with major distest, and proceeded to say that’s what I ordered!! It was not! Didn’t even offer to give another 2 topping! Not the first time I went in there and got customer service with attitude! Won’t ever patronize this location ever again!

I order delivery from this location at least once a month and their pizza has been consistent and their drivers are always so friendly. Order online and use their specials to get a deal.

People like different things about pizzas. I used to work for a pizza place so I have made many. Overall I want a certain standard of flavor and texture experience with every bite. I did not enjoy pizza guys pizzas; flavor and freshness not there.

Pizza was excellent. Placing an order was frustrating. I was asked to hold 5 times before hanging up and placing my order online. Then I realized they have no dinning area. Not the worst but not the best experience either.

I got a takeaway pizza in Davis a few months back and it was good. Nothing fancy, just a pepperoni pizza.
So, I decided to get one delivered in Oakley. Severe disappointment!!! Nothing like Davis.

I had pretty much forgotten this until I got a call from Julie at Pizza Guys this afternoon.
She was very polite, friendly and was genuinely concerned that I did not have a good experience.
She offered a special deal to let them try again with another pizza delivery. Very different to yesterday. Pizza delivered on time and was night and day by comparison.
I have great respect for a person and a company who instead of ignoring reviews, take the time and effort to put things right. That’s exactly what happened here. Therfore my original 1* has been altered to 5*. Go Pizza Guys.
