The ambience here is really good, with plenty of indoor seating and a large outdoor area that’s perfect for relaxing. The coffee is strong and well-made — definitely a highlight. However, they don’t offer croissants or much in terms of small bakery items, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, it’s a great spot for coffee and atmosphere, but the food selection is a bit limited

Wanted to like Sola, which came highly recommended. My lunch companions enjoyed their BLT and Chicken Pesto.
I ordered the 1/2 avocado with salt/pepper and the jammy egg. The avocado was refrigerator cold (and very firm) and the jammy egg was also cold. I expected the egg to be warm, so guess I should have clarified….This would have been greatly improved if the avocado was room temp and egg was hot/freshly made. We also ordered the cinnamon sugar and pink panther mini donuts, which were hot & excellent! (but are only good fresh). The gluten free coffee cake was dry and crumbly. The blueberry scone was not fully cooked and doughy; not like a scone should be (not gf). Coffee was excellent. Atmosphere was very loud making it difficult to hear orders called out. All in all, there are better places in Raleigh and probably would not return (unless just for the mini donuts!)

Great little cafe! Indoor and outdoor seating, it’s a walk up to the counter to order place, but they deliver food to your table. I had the Chicken +Pesto sandwich with multi grain chips. It was very tasty!

Love it here! Had the avo toast on gluten free bread and a side of bacon it was all delicious, so good, I want to go back again! And the blue jasmine tea… ahhh.
The staff were all so kind and helpful. They have a binder clearly labels with allergens. The atmosphere was super chill. And the prices were very reasonable!

What a fun Raleigh coffee find !! This one is very cute, great coffee, a great menu, beer & wine and the great service and staff. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating available plus an additional patio w communal picnic tables. Cute.

I like that there are plenty of options on the menu. I recommend arriving very early to avoid the chaos of the crowds. However, if you’re seated outside, like I was, no one cleans the tables. The time I went, there was vomit on the floor, and the worst part was the flies, which completely ruined the experience for me. You order first, and then they bring the food to your table, but by the time the server finds your table, flies have already swarmed your food. It’s not a very smart setup.
I recommend the breakfast bowl, the acai bowl and the smoked salmon. To drink the chai latte and the green juice. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the peach ricotta, it was terrible.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places. the staff are so nice, as a matter of fact when I feel like I need some kindness and a smile I go to Sola for breakfast! the Avo Smash is amazing, just the right amount of avocado and toast.

First, let me say I’m a huge fan of Sola and have been for years. My husband and I had an especially positive experience recently that I wanted to share. A few days ago when we were expecting a snow storm, Sola decided to open for a few hours. We were so excited to get out and about before the storm. Just after 9AM, the line was out the door. We huddled together with everyone in the cold and a Sola employee brought around hot cider for everyone. The people in line shared menus and laughs with each other. We made it inside quickly only to be greeted by warm and friendly employees – every one of them! There was such a great energy in the place. We had excellent food (I’m gluten intolerant and love all the choices) and awesome coffee drinks. The friendliest young woman checked on us a few times and offered to take our dirty plates when we finished. But we sat and talked and never felt rushed. Just looking around the place, there was such a sense of community. It was a great experience and why I love Sola so much. Are there a few rules? Yes, and it can feel aggravating at times. But these are standard for busy restaurants and for the benefit of everyone. I would highly recommend Sola to anyone who’s never been. Keep up the great work!!

Added to my favorite spot list!
So much yum. I wish more coffee spots also provided fantastic food!
I arrived at peak lunch time and the line was literally out the door. That said, I only had to wait about 5 minutes.. how?! That’s amazing, especially considering how good the food is.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and EFFICIENT.
The interior was clean and modern with a cool vide- great place to sit for a bit with friends and/or a laptop getting work done.
Parking is a breeze given the shopping center surroundings.
I’ll be back (not intentionally working the terminator)..
