I have been going to double barrel barbecue since they started out by the road on Riverside Drive at CTK. And I’ve followed them to the other locations they have had. I don’t live in the valley anymore, but every time I come up from Oregon to see my dad I need to go to double barrel. As a truck driver, I try to find barbecue and I have not found any better barbecue than here!!! I love the sauce bar and the pickle and banana pepper bar. Also loved the peanuts that were available. Only two recommendation I have is if you’re allergic to peanuts, I would not come here and the other recommendation is get the fried okra. It is so good.!!!

Went here for father’s day buffet amazing bbq food the egg salad was excellent. My favorite was the ribs so much flavor. Worth trying if you are in the area. Also the apple pie moonshine was delicious. Mac and cheese is a must!

Loved the atmosphere. What a fun and unexpected stop. Great character all around, nice layout inside and out. I’m sure on a nice summer evening the outside seating is hopping. Tried the beef brisket sandwich. It was good and I liked it but perhaps the bbq sauces is something I need to try the options they have. Its self select so just select as much or little of the bbq sauce you want and the flavor. I probably should have been a little more adventurous with it. The fries were good and nice options on combos. Definitely will be back to try more food menu items. And the two goats climbing the roof towards the American flag is a nice touch. It’s not too far off I-5 if traveling by the area and worth a try.

They had a honkey tonk type guitar player/singer when i arrived here. I had to take a seat at the bar because the place was already packed. And for good reason!
I ordered the 2 meat meal combo for $24.99.
The brisket melted in my mouth and fell off my fork. The ribs were so amazing! I think they also make their own mashed potatoes and baked beans.
A staffmember told me that thet slow cook their brisket and ribs overnight. In short… this is simply an amazing barbecue experience. I will be returning.

Some of (if not) the best BBQ I have ever had, and I’ve been to Texas, Nashville, Memphis, and the Carolinas. Doesn’t get much better than this, period. Love that you can throw your peanut shells on the floor, restaurants like this are hidden gems that are few and far between. The staff will take care of you with their authentic southern charm, the dining room is clean and the presentation is beautiful. Cannot recommend enough!

This was some of the most melt in your mouth brisket we have ever had! We didn’t need bbq sauce on anything at all! The bbq, the Mac and cheese, the fried okra blew us away. Seriously everything was so good!! Going back very soon to try more on the menu! Coming back for nanas pecan pie !

First and foremost, kudos on the customer service. The kind man that took our order today, who also was bussing all the tables, not only kept a smile the whole time, but was honestly just such a gracious man. I don’t think I have ever eaten anywhere where the, I am assuming owner, was so genuinely grateful for us stopping by. He probably thanked us 5+ times and you could tell he meant every single one of them. That alone gets the 5 star rating!
We enjoyed our brisket dip sandwiches with mashed potatoes and baked beans. The baked beans were our favorite! We added some salt to our au jus sauce. The BBQ sauces weren’t really our cup of tea, but we had the sauce to dip with anyways (; oh and they have a barrel of peanuts for you to eat as much as you want! Their sweet tea is actually sweet! So many places don’t know how to make sweet tea, but this place does! And they have banana peppers, jalapeños, pickle slices and spears, hot sauces, mustard, & malt vinegar at your disposal! Plus wet wipes at the table (; They do offer military discount
It is also dog friendly! Outdoor covered patio, which is perfect for your furry friend 🙂 we saw several people with their dogs come here!
P.S. don’t steal their decor. I saw a few signs up in the bathroom, and that just made me so sad. You are stealing literal money from them that they put into the place for other people to enjoy. Not only that, but they provide tampons for women in the bathroom. I’ve only ever seen this two times before. They truly care about their customers, so please care about them and their business ❤️.

Great BBQ! Would have gave it 5 star review but a few hiccups kinda dropped it down, we dined in 6/26 around 5:30pm, we ordered almost $100 in food and they gave us a number to sit down with, our apps came out but got delivered to the wrong table so not to big on food being dropped at another table and then delivered to ours after they realized it was not for that table, then the guy took my order 3- piece Meal, and messed up on one of the meats, so I got chicken instead of pulled pork, which not a chicken fan but my dog would love it, so I mentioned it as they dropped the meal and said they will bring out the Pulled pork asap, halfway thru my meal the pork came on a pipping hot little plate and looked microwaved “dry” so bit into it and all the little parts where hard and hot so was really bummed about that because pork is one of my favorite BBQ meats, so I only took one bite and it was hot, crispy dry and oily, so didn’t get to eat that meat so technically I had paid for a 3 piece meat plate and got 2 eatable meats, the selection of BBQ sauces was amazing and all had great flavor! The sweet tea was on point! We are traveling thru from Texas so was excited to have some great BBQ but a few missed chances for 5-star review. The brisket had a great Bark and smoke ring on the meat as well the ribs! I don’t know what happened or if they smoke the meat and only use a microwave to warm it up but it definitely missed the high expectations of Texas BBQ by Dishing out dried left over meat. We are only in Washington a few days and did a trip out here to do antiquing with the family, as we had everything in to-go boxes I forgot and almost left without my Pecan pie, good thing it was brought out before we left because we both forgot about it was almost a hour before it was dropped and if we left we would have paid for dessert that we would not have enjoyed for later! So don’t know what was going on tonight if they were short a server or busser or cashier, and only had maybe one cook but there was only about 3/4 tables in and seemed like the place was not firing on all cylinders. So maybe we can give it another try before we head back to Texas. But great atmosphere and decorations!
