First time at Soho Thai Restaurant – authentic Thai experience in Chile
This was my first time visiting Soho Thai Restaurant, and also my first trip to Chile as a Thai person. I was genuinely impressed. The food is authentic, well-balanced, and very decent, especially considering Thai food abroad.
In terms of spice level, some dishes are milder than real Thai spicy, but still flavorful and enjoyable — which is understandable for local preferences.
We were very hungry and didn’t get a chance to take photos, but here’s what we ordered:
• Shrimp Spring Roll (Fresh Garden Roll) – fresh, light, and nicely done
• Lampang Salad with soft tofu – refreshing and well-balanced
• Spicy pork dish – flavorful with good seasoning
• Seafood Green Curry – my favorite, rich and comforting
• Seafood Pad Thai – generous portion and satisfying
One of the highlights was meeting the Thai lady chef herself. She came out to say hi, which made the experience even more special and personal. It felt warm, welcoming, and truly Thai.
Overall, it was a great dining experience, authentic food, friendly atmosphere, and heartfelt service. I would definitely come back again if I visit Chile in the future. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Thai food or wants to try something authentic. ✨

Food actually taste good. One suggestion is that fresh shrimp spring rolls should be made by order, the wrap should be soft not hard texture.

Enjoyed our late lunch here. The lunch special was delicious and the portion was good for the price. The waiter who served us was accommodating. We’ll definitely come back again whenever we crave for thai food.

i appreciate them having vegan/vegetarian options- i got the green curry with tofu. but the food was honestly okay at best. all i tasted was turmeric, nothing i would expect from the flavors of a green curry.

Soho Thai Restaurant offers a good selection of Thai dishes and Thai-inspired food. The Pad Thai was delicious, and the presentation was great. The ‘Pollo al Wok’ was also excellent. The service was outstanding, and the restaurant’s atmosphere was also nice. Highly recommend!
