Food was good and the waitstaff was attentive and gregarious. I had the Philly steak and cheese with Cajun fries…it was okay…fries were limp. One daughter had the pork tacos and said they were quite lovely. The other daughter had the cheeseburger add bacon and reported it was better than both Chili’s and Red Robin. Tally had the guiltless chicken and enjoyed it. Now desserts…the waitress had me all good to go for the chocolate tort with whipped cream…only to come out and tell me they were all out …so I opted for the carrot cake….very tiny slice unfortunately with regards to portion size. The brownie a la mode was excellent as was the apple crumble with vanilla ice cream.

Tasty lunch, but the service was not good, even though there were only three tables occupied in the whole place. Had to ask for things multiple times because the server just kept forgetting and waited for beer for 15 minutes. Made us wonder how they’d operate if they were actually busy. We got nachos, the buffalo chicken wrap, and pulled pork sandwich and enjoyed all of it. The cajun tator tots were really good. It would have been better to have more time to enjoy our appetizer before our food came out, though. That feels like bad server/kitchen training to make/serve all the food, basically at once. We only had our appetizer for less than 5 minutes before our meals came out, forcing us to decide to stop eating the nachos so our meals didn’t get cold before we got to them. Bummer. All in all, it was tasty but expensive for lunch.

It’s an American pub with awkward fake flower decor. But that’s not why you want to read this review. My idea of a pub is you can’t screw up the wings. Well, they did. We had the dry rub old bay seasoning and I think whoever was cooking dumped the whole jar of spice on there. It was sooooo salty. I tried peeling off all the skin and eat it but it was gross still. See my pile of skin and spice photo. The service was ok.

Our experience here was pretty average. Would rate as a 3.5 if I could. The food was good, service was good, it’s the right place for you if you’re wanting some standard American food! We came in earlier and left right when they were getting busier.
A couple of comments from my group: the mushroom burger was a little on the greasy side, and the fish sandwich had too mush fish. Though you get your moneys worth! The appetizers we got were good, we ordered wings and the Buffalo cauliflower.

We stopped in after the Steelers game yesterday and were seated quickly. Nya was our server and she was great! She was attentive and very personable. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap with a salad and my wife got the Santa Fe wrap with black bean salsa. The food was great and Nya checked in periodically to see if we had everything that we needed. We will definitely be back.

This place has been a family favorite for years! We’ve been coming here since it first opened nearly 20 years ago, and it’s always been a reliable spot with great memories attached. It’s also in a perfect location if you’re heading to a baseball or football game—super convenient before or after the event. Always happy to come back!

The game got postponed so we stopped in for dinner. Our waitress Robin did extremely well with our large group of 7, super friendly and remembering our orders and how to split the checks between us. My husband and I split the ballpark nachos which was perfect for us two to split. The cheese on top of the nachos was amazing, and chips were not soggy with toppings it was the correct ratio. I ordered a Blue Hawaiian and a Strawberry lemonade specialty cocktails. Food was a bit on the expensive side, understandable for being right next to the field. It was kind of annoying the drinks menu didn’t have a price list, cocktails were $14 each which was OK, they just felt a little too artificially flavored. The lemonade definitely better than the Hawaiian but maybe I’m just not a pineapple fan.

Sharing a recent experience that did not include a meal so purposely excluding that as part of my review. I stopped by on Monday night just as the Steeler game was about to begin and had a quick drink. I left my wallet which is not out of character for me and only realized it 2 days later when I checked my “find my” app. I called and they said “oh yes it’s in the safe”. Great news l, I stopped by to pick it fully expecting the cash to be gone (60 bucks) which was a worthy price to pay to get it returned. A young lady greeted me at the door before opening hours with a smile assuming that I was the idiot (my description) that lost his wallet. Money/ cards all there. Great food is one thing but integrity and honesty is a real measure of a quality restaurant.

We came in to sit at the bar and have a cocktail after driving half a day to get to Pittsburgh. The cocktail list was predominantly vodka+juice concoctions reminiscent of the kind of drinks we used to make in college–designed to badly mask the taste of alcohol and get you drunk fast, and most of them cloyingly sweet. The peach sunrise fit this description perfectly. The triple berry Manhattan had an interesting spiciness from the Crown Royal and walnut bitters, but it was sweeter than I would have liked. The grapefruit mule was better than expected. I had a Macallan 12 neat for my second drink.
As a snack, we ordered the pot stickers. They were served hot and crispy with a tangy sauce. No complaints.
It’s a nice looking restaurant. A big long rectangular bar with seating all around. I’m sure they’re packed to the gills on days that the Pirates play across the street. Lots of other tables. It was a bit bright, and we thought they could achieve a bit more cozy, intimate ambiance if they just turned the lights down a bit.
The staff was polite and friendly and we felt very well taken care of.
It was a perfectly fine place to go have a drink and a snack after a long drive, but I don’t think I’d make a trip down here just to visit again.

The service was very good and the seasoned fries were great! The burgers were cooked to the right temperature, but didn’t have much (if any) blackened seasoning. They were nice enough to give me some seasoning to add when I asked, but that part was disappointing. The seasoned fries were very well seasoned.
Expensive for what it is, but a good place to grab a bite before or after a game or concert.
