I’ll just tell you about the last two times I went through the drive through. The previous time, I ordered two sweet pepper bacon sandwiches, one for me, one for my friend. We get on the highway and realize we both got just plain sausage sandwiches (which I can’t stand, but we ate them). I called a few days later to complain but they said they won’t fix my order unless I call same day. The very last time I went through the drive thru, the woman at the window handed me my hot coffee in a cup that was partially crushed on one side, and the lid was lined up with the crushed part. I didn’t think anything of it until the coffee poured down the side of the cup and almost got all over my clothes. Mind you, I was on my way to a job interview, so I wasn’t very happy. I called to complain. The girl asked me why I didn’t notice the cup was crushed before I started drinking out of it ♀️ Girl, you guys have one job. I told her please tell the other employees just don’t give customers drinks in cups that are crushed or people will get coffee on themselves.

Waited 20 minutes and the staff waited on about 8 customers during that time. It seemed like the three employees would take an order and wouldn’t take another order until the first customer’s order was complete. I realized I’d be sitting in line for another 20 minutes for donuts and a coffee and left. Five or six other customers left as well. It was like this last year when we visited as well.

This location opens late. There is a 2nd location on premise which is virtually closed all the time. (see my Pic from 930am) we didn’t have any direct staff issues as this location is pretty much just kiosk. They did mess up the coffee order but I didn’t argue since I didn’t feel like waiting 15 minutes.

I regret to say that my recent experience at Dunkin inside Great Wolf Lodge Boston was thoroughly disappointing. The service was abysmal, with staff displaying negative attitudes and providing little to no assistance. The quality of the products was shockingly low, leaving much to be desired. It is evident that both the manager and employees are ill-equipped to run this business, and serious training is needed to improve the overall operation. Save yourself the frustration and skip Dunkin at Great Wolf Lodge Boston altogether.

Extra charge for everything cream, sugar, etc. $30 for a $3 dollar coffee? there is one 6 mins away from the resort go there. When I left to go to the other dunks, the same people were still waiting in line when I got back. It’s quite pathetic.

Service is through a screen APP. The Staff is quick and professional. Outside of the gentleman handing out donuts, picking his nose and eating his boogers. Service is excellent, they was effectively able to read off my name for coffee.

We ate there this morning. Two of their staff had called out sick so they were understaffed. However, every employee was working very hard and focused. They were under a lot of pressure and still managed to stay calm and courteous. I put my order in through the kiosk nearby and received my food in less than 15 minutes. The hotel restaurant doesn’t open until 8:00 a.m., so many parents with young children waking up early are trying to get breakfast there, leading to a large crowd and huge pressure for the staff. The quality of the food here was also much better than any other Dunkin’ donuts I’ve been to. I expect the food at all d&d to be the same, but i’ve been disappointed at other locations with cheese that wasn’t melted or sandwiches sloppily put together. The food at this location was great.

I ordered my kids food here. I get back to my room and my daughter never got her donut. I go back with my receipt and tell them they forgot a donut. They say, oh we’re out of those. I said you charged me for it and couldn’t tell me you’re out? I said I want my money back or another donut. I said you guys just charge people for things you’re out of and don’t say anything? I thought that was ridiculous! My bagel was supposed to be toasted to and wasn’t. Wish I went somewhere else!

I was wrong to doubt the other low reviews. Every Dunkin is a little bit terrible, but this one takes it to a new level. The added layer of technology that the lodge adds to the experience makes everything more complicated and less convenient.
The upside to this terrible experience is everything costs 20-50% more than a regular Dunkin.
The two older guys in line in front of me were struggling with the kiosk ordering computer. No employees were available to help. Fortunately other more savvy customers in line stepped in to help.
The icing on the cake: the computer asking for a tip for the frustration it provided.
As for the food, it was pretty standard Dunkin, only more on the tepid side.

This Dunkin is nasty the donuts hurt my stomach and they can’t make the coffee right they needed to be asked twice in 2 days to remake my coffee in one week my boyfriend mom wasted $41 on everything that me and my siblings ordered they don’t take cash and they don’t take the app points they will have a QR code to order online but they will tell you they don’t take online orders
