I absolutely love little European-style coffee shops, and this place hits all the right notes — quality coffee, cozy atmosphere, and great attention to detail.
I ordered a latte with rose syrup, which they make in-house, and it was absolutely delicious — delicate, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. You can really taste the care they put into their drinks.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. This is the kind of place you want to come back, to sit, relax, and enjoy the moment.

You can tell a lot of heart went into building this place. The service is warm, the drinks are crafted with care, and everything feels thoughtfully put together. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot with top-tier matcha and great coffee, this shop is absolutely worth a visit. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Delicious little cafe in the middle of nowhere. Seriously, not much there. Very residential area near highway. Parking was easy.
Matcha was delicious. Smooth, not bitter. Too expensive. It was an extra $2 for a large. I paid ~$10 for a single matcha.
Ambiance was cute. Could use more tables. There’s what looks like a mini table for little kids. They have WiFi, and ask you purchase something to use it (reasonable). Big groups might struggle to find space.

Absolutely loved this café! The drinks are hands down some of the best I’ve had. The vanilla latte was sooo good, and the strawberry matcha completely won me over. I wasn’t even a matcha person before, but this changed my mind. Definitely coming back!

Nice cozy cafe in a Hawthorne neighborhood that’d benefit from having it.
Got the large matcha latte with oat ($.75 upcharge for oat milk, $1 upcharge for larger size) which came out to about $10 after tax / tip. A bit pricey but hey, in this economy I guess I can’t complain.

I absolutely love this place! It’s a wonderful family women-owned business that truly cares about quality and community. Their drinks are incredible—my favorites are the strawberry matcha, which is a must-try, and the vanilla cappuccino, both of which are beautifully crafted. They also make fresh ice cream using organic ingredients, and their flavors like vanilla and lychee are simply fantastic. I used to frequent Urth Cafe because I loved their coffee, but now Café Soft has become my go-to spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious drinks and treats in a warm, welcoming atmosphere!
