Eating fried food at the location while is hot and crispy is must to enjoy the food ,otherwise the food will get suggy and will lower the taste..
Unfortunately, this place has limited opening hour and hopefully will extend their operation hours…

I loved the flavor, everything I ate was dripping. It’s important to note that in all of my experiences it was slightly over cooked. I found it easier to let it get cold and re-heat it to gain some firmness to eggs and soften the potatoes.

Fine establishment and great food. Two men I assume brothers, who obviously have had some very respectable raising by their late Mother. I say Mother because while standing in line, the man taking the orders honored her greatly. I know she is proud of the men they have become . Keep it up men.
