THE best Mexican food I’ve had this year. I don’t normally pay attention to chips and salsa but they were special. Crazy to say that about tortilla chips but it’s true. The interior and music were lively, too. Our waitress went off-shift and no one served us, we never received a check, and were never told to go to register. I didn’t notice until after we left that there were phantom drinks and tea added to our bill that were never discussed, ordered, or served. I called and was told they charge for drinks if you ask for water.

Wow! What an awesome place to score my favorite…GUISADO DE PUERCO! I was very welcomed by the staff, at down immediately, and was not disappointed. Three atmosphere of the restaurant fit perfectly to what I was looking for. I went in at dinner time, so I was glancing at a simple, optional, and moderately priced menu. The portion size, the temperature, and the table service to get the food was quick. As I live close by, I am definitely going to return to try more off their menu! Thank you!

The prices were reasonable, I just didn’t enjoy the texture and quality of the tortillas or rice. They were watered down, bland, and mushy.
Just needs an upgrade in quality on some sourced ingredients and this place would be excellent!

We’ve been receiving service at this place for several years, but today something really unpleasant happened. The manager reprimanded the young woman who greeted me in my presence and asked her to “take me out of the restaurant” because they weren’t open yet (6:05 am). Clearly, the young woman had asked for authorization to serve me. I was able to wait, but what’s upsetting is that she treated the staff badly and didn’t respect the service standards

Was very pleased with my first experience here. Clean environment. Outdoor seating available. Parking is a slight challenge. Decently priced. Comes with chips and salsa.
Of course i got the asada mini tacos with charro beans. Nicely cooked. Server Alicia was awesome. Very accomodating. Only disappointing part was the salsa verde. Quite bland coming out of the bottle. Might be different portioned. Beans were very flavorful. I enjoy the kind of style the serve the tacos. With add ons on the side. It allows you to control the cilantro and onions that you want on the tacos. Very pleased. Will come back.

Food was okay, lady was pretty helpful in recommending the food but I did sit there a good while not knowing I was supposed to go up to the register to pay for my meal so it was kinda awkward for about 10 mins bc I didn’t know what to do.

So when pulled up to grab some quick breakfast I decide on the sofias breakfast plate it’s been sometime since I’ve been here . Now the food was decent but I’m more concerned about the price. I was charge 16$ for this plate and was told because it was after a certain time and plus they were charging me for an extra egg which there is only two eggs an normally it’s only two eggs so I’m confused why I got charge a dollar extra for an extra egg an these portions are small an i mean small. Should have went to my original place for breakfast.

This is my favorite place for Mexican food. Ordered the Chile Relleno with rice beans and small salad and two tortilla. The torillas were disappointing which are normally on point with softness. Other than that chips and salsa taste good and food was fresh and hot.

Absolutely amazing food. So far I’ve had the carne asada plate, birria, caldo de res, and the barbacoa. Every plate is amazing but the barbacoa is one of the best I’ve ever had.
