We ordered delivery to our room!! Wowwwwww!!! So so so good!! We got the brisket plate, turkey sandwich, brisket sandwich and chicken bites plate! Everything was banging!!!! Also, love the super cute stickers and that items were labeled!!! Amazinggggg!!

Our first time here. Prices were high for what we received. We don’t mind paying if the food is good, but unfortunately, we were definitely not impressed. Brisket was extremely fatty and not to my taste. Had a taste of a chemical smoke rather than true smoking. My husband got the smoked turkey sandwich with 2 very small slices of turkey. Not much meat for sure. My husband enjoyed the sides of Mac and cheese and potatoe salad, I did not. We had hoped we would enjoy, but we did not.

Got the brisket fries and OMG were they delicious! Highly recommend trying those!! Also got the smoked chicken bites they were good too. My husband got the brisket plate with Mac and cheese. That’s was very good too. Sorry I didn’t get pictures of everything we ate most everything before I thought to grab pictures.

Like BBQ? Like Ruben sandwiches? Then don’t walk, run to Social Q and order the Smokehouse Ruben. It is well worth the trip! Also very good was the BBQ Sundae, Jalapeño Cornbread, and banana pudding.

Was pretty disappointed in my whole meal portions were smaller than what I thought they should be for what they said it would be priced at $20 my burnt ends were slathered in barbecue sauce some of the chunks were just solid fat. macaroni. I did not like same with the rice. Coleslaw is giving this two stars it was good.

2.5 stars rounded down. I guess I don’t understand the hype. Fast service, so that’s a plus. And very friendly and organized. BBQ was okay but the serving sizes are kind of ridiculous when you spend $50+ for two dinners and two (VERY small) desserts. My husband got three meats and was served two pieces of brisket, three (again, small) ribs, and five pieces of pork belly. Sides are underwhelming and dry. Meat was cooked well but lacked any sort of flavor. We got the single banana puddings and they tasted artificial, and the whipped cream was salty, plus they were eaten in two and three bites, respectively. I expected more from a southern style BBQ restaurant. The search for decent BBQ in this neck of the woods continues…

So we went on a Sunday. Very good food. My coworker ended up ordering a dinosaur leg. The rib was huge. It was the the beef rib. Not only was it big but very tender very good and delicious. I got the pulled pork sandwich which was also very good. Only issue that is beyond their control was the Flys outside. But overall staff and food was excellent. If I’m ever back in N.C. and close by I’ll make my way back to this place.
