Food was very good and the coffee was delicious. I got a Philly cheesesteak and we also got a breakfast bagel and a bagel with hot honey. All of it was delicious atmosphere is great good for kids and they allowed dogs inside.

The food was absolutely incredible—I haven’t had seafood this good since my time in Europe. Truly impressive! My daughter loved it so much she finished all of hers and then most of mine too. Our waiter was also exceptionally patient and sweet, which made the experience even better. On top of that, the relaxing ambiance really made for a perfect dining experience. Highly recommend!

In our opinion the best spot in Leonardtown. From sun up to sun down this place has a TON to offer. Fantastic coffee / morning caffeine selection. A hefty breakfast / brunch menu and many many awesome options for lunch and dinner.
This place is a must visit when in town or even being near by. We were with a large group and all ordered different menu items to share and everything was fantastic

The place was very busy and the building itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the food was underwhelming and overpriced. I ordered the “build your own,” which states that it comes toasted unless otherwise specified. The bread was barely toasted—if it went into the toaster at all. I did pay an extra dollar for sourdough, which was good quality, though still not toasted.

I also paid an extra dollar for an egg that was so thin it was practically see-through, another dollar for bacon, and two dollars for avocado. I expected actual avocado slices, but instead received a very light green smear on just one piece of bread. I’ve attached a photo of the sandwich after removing the plain slice and combining what little was there.

In total, I paid $11 for this sandwich. It leaves me wondering what the $6 “build your own” price actually covers, since basics like egg and bacon appear to be extra. Overall, not a good value for the price.

I used to love coming here, but the quality has really gone downhill. My “sandwich” looked like it lost a fight with the panini press — a smashed croissant that tasted as sad as it looked. The small latte (even with an extra shot) somehow managed to be weak and watery. With tip, it came to about $17, which is a lot for disappointment on a plate. The wait is always long, and unfortunately, the food no longer makes it worth it. This place used to have charm, but now it just feels like it’s coasting on nostalgia and burnt espresso.

Great dog-friendly multi-purpose establishment — we had happy hour drinks and eats but there’s also coffee drinks and pastries. There’s a really cool back bar that we’ll visit next time. Cool outdoor seating both in front for the coffeehouse and then on the side for the back bar. Don’t miss if visiting Leonardtown!

So we were stayed in leonardtown for a week. Awesome town! We hit almost all the restaurants and Social we went to more than once and both for dinner, breakfast and just for drinks. Great vibes here. Drinks were solid food was good and staff was great. We got the seasonal drinks, and the steak o a pile of fries what was awesome.

Social Coffeehouse & Cocktail Bar has become my go-to spot in Leonardtown, and for good reason! Whether I’m stopping by in the morning for their expertly crafted coffee or returning in the evening for handcrafted cocktails, this place consistently delivers an exceptional experience.
The coffee is outstanding – they roast it in-house, and you can absolutely taste the difference. Every cup is perfectly balanced and fresh. The morning atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for starting the day or catching up with friends.
When the sun sets, Social transforms into a vibrant cocktail destination. Their mixologists use fresh, local ingredients to create incredible craft cocktails, and their extensive whiskey selection (including locally distilled spirits) is impressive. The cozy fire pit tables and inviting ambiance make it the perfect spot for an evening out.
What really sets Social apart is their commitment to the “Buy Local” philosophy – from their in-house roasted coffee to locally sourced ingredients in their food and drinks. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, making every visit feel special.
Social has become more than just a coffee shop or bar – it’s a true community hub where Leonardtown comes together. Whether you’re looking for your morning pick-me-up or a place to unwind with friends over cocktails, this is THE spot. Highly recommend!

The BLT was superb. I have never had a better one. Our food was delivered quickly and our Server was very attentive. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable but loud which is understandable. I can not wait to return.

Quaint and well planned coffee shop with food. I didn’t have any food, but I did have the coffee which was very smooth and mellow. No bitterness like you can find in some coffees. Now you may be asking why would a sleep guy be having coffee loaded with caffeine? The answer is because it’s morning time and there’s nothing wrong with having a nice cup of coffee to start your day. Remember my rule, though “when the day is half, it’s time for decaf.” See a video of this business and learn more about your own sleep health by visiting me on YouTube @sleepsciencetoday
