This small hole in the wall by American standard should provide a nice home cooked meal. Keyword there is: should. The minute you walk in, the strong stench of bleach welcomes you, making it almost impossible to even breathe, let alone eat there. It was getting late, and didn’t want to wander around town anymore, so we bit the bullet. Food proportions were hysterically small, and all quickly heated up with a steamer, or fryer. No other dishes were available, that actually required any cooking. That tells me that there is no cook on hand, and everything is just heated up and served. Too bad. I had higher expectations.

Authentic Chinese cuisine and excellent prices! I’ve been a foodie and Hobby chef for almost ten years now and authentic Chinese cuisine is by far my favorite. Often it’s hard to find real Chinese food abroad but if you have found this place look no further! I wish I could eat here everyday but it’s a bit far from Zona colonial.

They cooked my pork dumplings fresh to order. The bbq steamed bun tasted a little dry. An authentic place for dim sum and Shanghai cuisine

Food is excellent and cheap. Place is super small so I recommend takeout or getting there before or after rush time. Service at the restaurant is worse than horrible.

Authentic Chinese food. The place is small but the food makes up for it.
Prices are fair for the service you get.
I recently found out that you can purchase frozen food to prepare at home which is perfect for entertaining friends at home.

This place has excellent food at reasonable prices. It’s a great spot if you manage your expectations. You can expect good portions, a wide selection of very tasty food at reasonable prices. The staff is a bit rough around the edges, but not more so than those of other similar establishments. Saying the space is scarcely decorated is a notable understatement. All that being said, do go to this place. You’ll enjoy anything you order from the menu and you’ll be wanting to go back soon for a casual meal at a place that feels like it’s your little secret spot.
Recommended: all their dim sum and noodles, and the watermelon juice.
Note: it’s cash only.
