Giving this 5 stars because it was the best collard greens I have ever had. Typically don’t like or even try most places greens because as a Yankee I haven’t found any I like. These were very very good, lots of meat with them but the collards were of a good consistency that made me enjoy them too. I will come back just for the greens!
Ribs and mac and cheese were great too. Almost too much Mac and cheese – portion was very large
Started the meal with the blue crab corn chowder which was also very good.
Glass of Basil Hayden was $18. Total meal was $68.
Food service was SLOW but everything came out hot and fresh so Ill be a bit more forgiving in this review as I left happy and full!

We planned to eat dinner near here. Ordered the crab, deviled eggs and the wings. The crab deviled eggs were not at all deviled eggs – just a strange flavor. For $18 we had two eggs. we ordered both the jerk chicken and the lemon pepper wings. They were actually not bad. Although the jerk chicken wings didn’t taste like jerk chicken but they had a good flavor. Didn’t order anything else from the menu and went elsewhere. Bartenders or attentive and do a great job with cocktails.

We ordered dinner salad with grilled chicken (photos show on both the House and American salads, they corrected the error when I ordered one and it came out the other) and buttermilk fried chicken. The grilled chicken was very hard, dry, and overcooked… a workout for the jaw. The fried chicken was good, a half chicken worth, and the collards were tart, not too sweet. The sweet potato bread was not good, too hard. We didn’t order an drinks.
I wouldn’t return with other great restaurant options around.

The staff at the American are magnificent. They are very attentive to your needs and concerns. From the restaurant to the front desk, to the valet team, they are all professional, courtesy, and pleasant. Ricky Waller the guest services manager is simply Amazing!!! Each visit he goes above and beyond to ensure my stay is on point.

Stopped in for breakfast. They said there’s a buffet which sounded appealing. I wish I would have looked at it before starting. It’s a $25 continental breakfast with basic food, terrible coffee, and the staff was pushing me out the door before I had even finished my plate. I was handed my check and asked twice while eating my first plate of I had put my credit card to pay yet. The person I was with has her plate taken mid-bite. This was not at all what I was expecting. Very disappointed

I’ve been wanting chicken wings for a while, and I didn’t even know these guys had them! David the chef in the back made the best chicken wings, and he was so humble about it. If you guys havent tried these, go and do it. Thank you David. You made my week! And everyone was just awesome.

Went here for a NFL game after party. The staff was friendly and the music was average. The food was average. The prices for the food was ridiculous! A basket of wings and fries cost $30? The wing basket was $30, and the wings were so tiny that I just didn’t even bother to eat anymore. I would come back for the music and drinks but I would not order any food from this place!!!!

Had an awesome time at Social 62! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a hit.
What really made it stand out, though, was the hospitality. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. You don’t always get that kind of warm, genuine service.
Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and always have a great experience. A big part of that is thanks to Marko. Not only does he make delicious cocktails, but he is attentive and provides excellent service. He’s also very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and can provide great recommendations. I will definitely be back soon!
