So I went to solbol in farmingdale NY first and the service was so depressing. The smoothie was good and the bagel was too but I go by service before food. I decided to give it another chance at another location and this one the service was happy and inviting and the shake was delish!! I was a bit bummed once I got to my meeting I noticed I paid for the big size but was given the smaller size. BUT because the service was m uh better it didn’t bother me as much. Next time I’ll drive out to this location for my drink.

The manager ALLISON is very very rude and should not be working with people or in the service industry. I used to get bowls 2 or 3 times a week but I will never go back because of how horribly she treated me. I am disabled and she was so hurtful and rude about ym disability. She is truly the reason this company has lost my business…. sad sick stuff from ALLISON who claimed to be a manager good grief …. if she is training other employees boy are they in trouble …. 🙁

We have been customers for years (since they opened) but this place has really gone down hill! A few days ago I ordered a large açaí bowl. I found MANY pieces of blue plastic mixed In to the bowl. When I brought it back and showed them the plastic pieces they apologized and gave me a credit for the original purchase price. I truly believe in supporting local business so I figured I’d give them another chance. The following day I went back and ordered 2 more açaí bowls. This time they were filled only half way. $19 for 2 small açaí bowls filled half way. The worst part of this is that when I looked at other reviews I saw that several other people reported the same issue with pieces of plastic being in their food. Why hasn’t this problem been fixed!? I think we are done with this place!

The acai bowls are good but a bit overpriced. They also put too many blueberries and strawberries and not enough banana, they should consider adding a peanut butter to the regular bowl so it isn’t so plain

The most disrespected I have ever been at a restaurant. What started out as a simple error on their part could’ve easily been resolved but they lied about it to cover themselves an absolutely refused to rewind their cameras to see what actually happened. I have never been spoken to like that before, she should not interact with the public with that attitude. I asked her for her name and she said “I’m 17 I don’t have to give it to you” then ran and hid in the back . I will never ever go there again and neither will anyone I know.

Very friendly and efficient staff and immaculately clean store and a tasty bowl, but sparse on fruit and heavy on granola. Additionally, the pineapple was not ripe. A lot of cash for a small return. Buy a blender and make it yourself. It’s not hard.

Normally have really good experiences but yesterday I got a large açaí bowl and by the time I got to the bottom I found shredded plastic so I went back and they gave me credit. But today I went again and got a small bowl but they only filled it up with acai a quarter of the way and by the time they put the fruit in, it only took up half of the container.

I ordered two Acai bowls over the phone and also paid over the phone. I went to pick up the bowls on my lunch break. I got there waiting for my order I was totally ignored. Watching everyone else picking up their order. I finally got one of the girl attention after waiting for 10 minutes to pick up my order and I told her my name and my order. Her response was” did you pay for it” I told her yes I already paid over the phone. I waited another two 2 minutes for her to check if I paid or not. After all that got back late to work. I lost my appetite in that process I feel so humiliated. I have been a customer for about 4 years I have never feel so uncomfortable.
