The overall atmosphere is perfect for a slow lunch. I’ve been here before, but this was this was a 10/10 experience! Dylan was the best server I’ve ever had!! I would definitely return solely based off the service they gave me. They literally made my day.

We went here tonight thanks to a gift from work and it was amazing! Kaitlyn was our waitress tonight and she went above and beyond! She was super sweet and had no problem engaging in some light conversation with us, including our chatty 12 year old we come here now and again anyway and get great service, but Kaitlyn really made tonight exceptional! Maybe we will get lucky and have her next time!

My aunt and I have our monthly lunch and we picked Olive Garden this month. The food was delicious. I had to wait a little while for my chicken Alfredo so, We We’re not eating at the same time. They didn’t offer us dessert. My aunt and I were there for 3 hours which is our normal time when we do our monthly lunch. Staff not once asked us to leave. They were very kind and sweet about the whole time we were there eating and just talking and catching up.

The food was awesome and the staff was nice, but our waitress was horrible! Friendly she was, but for the job she needs a new line of work. We waited 10 minutes for her to even come and greet us and get drink orders, another 10 to receive our drinks. The appetizer we ordered didn’t come out til well after we got our meals, she was just barely around. Every time we asked for something it took her about 15 minutes AT LEAST to come back with it. The manager was awesome though, she knocked the appetizer off the receipt and had it remade. It was a good night and great food, but the waitress kind of ruined it.

Bradley was our server today 1/20/2026. He was so kind, courteous, and attentive. We were just so impressed with his service. Any more it’s hard to find a server that is attentive and caring. The last few times we dined in here at the OG The food was less than exceptional. We tried different entrées and going at different times, but unfortunately we keep experiencing the same things. We love coming here just wish we had better experiences and better tasting food. Maybe we will try another location one day and see if that changes anything.

I placed an order for delivery, and apparently they contract through Uber for their drivers — which I’ve had problems with before. Sure enough, the driver delivered my order to the wrong address. While that part is on the driver, when I called the restaurant they just gave me the excuse that they can’t control it.
I was promised a refund, but when I asked if they could expedite a replacement order, I was told they were too busy to help. That’s incredibly poor customer service. If you’re going to outsource delivery, you should still take responsibility when things go wrong.

It was a good dining experience. I really appreciated the table touch of the Manager on duty who came by to check on how everything was going. It was a pleasure to engage in a conversation with him and address a slight issue. I will say this Manager went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. I believe his name was Brandon. Food was good. Never had to ask for refills, as they were always topped off with a fresh one. We had 3 in our party, at about 6:30 on a Sunday, so luckily we did not have to wait. The place was starting to fill up as well were leaving.
