Sobe Eats catered my daughters wedding reception and they did such an amazing job! We had 300+ people attend the reception. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no long lines for this large crowd. They keep their truck very clean and this added to the event. Some guests exclaimed “yes!!! Sobe Eats is here!” When they arrived. The tacos were amazing and everyone was so happy! Thank you Sobe eats for making this such a special day for my daughter. I would highly recommend Sobe eats for any sort of party, large or small.

I’m so glad I finally got to eat at their newest dining spot! Sobe eats is one of my favorite food trucks so I knew their new place was going to be amazing. And YES everything we ate was delicious. The space is super cute and right off the freeway. Every dish was beautiful and tasty.

We came late in the day and missed the morning rush so had the privilege to sit and chat with the owners/master chefs. Their story is fantastic and their experience is really unmatched. These guys have dialed in their concept and balance a massive catering business and their full service options masterfully.
We had the chilaquiles which were off the charts and fully loaded and the Carne Asada which as well was a large portion and served with delightful nopales, grilled onions, authentic quesadillas and an extra tortilla to join the ride. The tortillas were fantastic and the value for the quality of food is really off the charts. I told the chef that they needed to raise their prices for the quality of food they are serving.
This is Mexican brunch with an elegant flare, very nice and shows you how elegant Mexican food can really be.
Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu and new items as they introduce them to the menu.
The young woman serving us did a wonderful job of meeting our requests and allowing the perfect amount of attention with not too many visits.

delicious food & such pretty presentation! we ordered the birria chilaquiles & the pambazo benedict, and finished every last bit. super flavorful. we also tried their concha French toast & just couldn’t stop eating it! the bread they use is the perfect consistency, not too dry but not soggy. lastly my mom tried the nube rosa mocktail and it was so cute!! loved the grapefruit. overall had a great experience here & hope to return soon with my friends 🙂

Five years ago, I tried their food truck and instantly fell in love with their unique take on Mexican cuisine. Fast forward to today—I came across them at an event and felt like a kid again, excited to try new dishes. I knew I had to visit their restaurant for brunch, and wow—every dish and drink was a solid 10/10. From the beautiful presentation to the amazing vibes, everything was on point. Chefs Victor and Fernando are some of the kindest, most humble chefs I’ve ever met. The birria chilaquiles? Chef’s kiss . And the concha French toast? Pure heaven. This hidden gem is an absolute must-try!

Excellent Breakfast! At first I thought it was a catering only business. Stop in and have an excellent sit down meal! Fresh fruit looked and tasted fresh, and the chilaquiles was fresh and full of flavor! Met several of the staff and they were all very kind and friendly. Loved that Bob Marley was playing in the background, and they have food truck servicing Salt Lake too! Feel like we found a gem that we could have driven right past.
