Had a group of 7, there were 3 available tables, our group politely asked if we would be able to split up, and all the man at the counter said was, “no.” Nothing else just no. If you have a party over maybe 4-5 i’d recommend choosing another spot but anything under that seems like a great place… even though we didn’t get a seat. Went right across the street to Squirrels and was instantly greeted with smiles and a great attitude

Been here a couple times but this was the first time I tried the food menu. Not bad! Coconut prawns/pork potstickers were tasty and they serve fun cocktails (though the standard gin gimlet is my go-to). Fun little spot literally tucked away from the rest of downtown; happy I stopped by after work. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in the area.

Great speakeasy feeling bar in the basement of Magenta. Great mixed cocktails and excellent service. A great change from typical college bars.

Male bartender was verbally aggressive toward my female friend when she quietly, privately, and politely spoke to another group of people. The other group was also alarmed and asked her if she was okay. We left immediately after the incident.

Some of the best cocktails in Corvallis, definitely the best choice downtown. The bartender is a really nice guy and they always have great music on. It’s a cozy little spot that is perfect for a nice date night.

We have yet to eat anything here, but this is a favorite place to grab a drink or two on a date. The name Snug, fits it well. It is a cute, little, romantic place for a drink. The atmosphere and speciality drinks are top notch. My fave little bar to meet a friend in Corvallis.

This bar is a hidden gem in downtown Corvallis. It’s the place to go if you want to get away from all the sports bars and have an actual cocktail. Fun speakeasy style atmosphere, great bartender, delicious drinks. Pricing is what you’d expect for crafted drinks, but is probably not within a typical college student’s budget.

Very small, but they will let you sit on the couches below as long as you walk up and order. They did deliver the food to us. They were friendly. We appreciated not having to sit at the high tops dance we had our daughter with us. The food was very good. We had the Brussel sprouts, butter nut squash soup, crawfish cakes, and flank steaks. Food was well seasoned but came out a little cool.

An old speak easy turned into a wonderful bar with a great bartender and amazing and unique drinks. Whether you order a standard drink, one of the bars specials or ask Steven to make you a random drink to your taste you will find a smile on your face after the first sip. Grab dinner upstairs at Magenta and the head down to Snug for after dinner drinks and you’ll have a great night!
