Havent ordered here in quite some time. Must not be the same cook. I requested that my fish be fried hard and I ordered French fries. Well they didn’t vent the container for the fish so the fish was too soft n floppy. It was nice n hot, but I couldn’t eat it. I like my fish crispy and fried hard. The French fries were awful. Didn’t eat them.. they were full of grease and look like they cooked them in the same grease as the fish. Was not satisfied at all!!!! They got to do better!

The food is excellent! I was very pleased with the service from the phone call order to the when they helped me with food to my van. The good was very tasty . The fishy was fresh and fluffy and flaky . The shrimp sauce in there was delicious. The potatoes salad was good. I enjoyed the cabbage and the green beans . I will try more next time .

I go at least twice a month and I’ve never had any problems. I get the fish and shrimp platter and it is always nice and fresh. This is def a go to for not only soulfood but seafood as well. Everyone there is extremely welcoming and I wish nothing but success for this black owned business.

Very nice.. friendly staff… The shrimp was super overcooked and not edible… It was super oily and greasy not butter… The snow crabs seemed old and recooked… The corn wasnt edible super overcooked and maybe stale… Broccoli and potatoes were just not edible… The cake was super moist though… I’ll go back and give the soul food a try….and then update… But as far as the seafood its a no for me

I love SNS! My #1 recommendation when looking for soul food. The prices are affordable. You get a lot of food for what you pay. The service is always phenomenal. There is a young guy in the front who is always friendly..greets me with a smile and I really appreciate this type of service in 2025.
