UPDATE: SnowFox has asked me to give them another chance without telling me if they addressed the issue with their employee/owner – whoever that old man was. NO thank you, I will not put myself in a situation where I can be treated badly again.
I’ve been a customer at this place since I moved to Pueblo. Today I went in to ask if they would prepare me a vegan tray (after checking to see if there was one available) the older gentleman came across the counter and I asked politely if he can prepare one for me and he said NO! I asked him why not and he said in a very rude tone that he was busy!! If he treats his customers the way he treated me today, he won’t be busy for much longer!!
