I wanted to share an exception review for this Arby’s location. Every visit I have had here has been consistently excellent. Deborah deserves special recognition for her outstanding customer service. She is thoughtful, quick to help, and always makes the experience feel welcoming. It makes a real difference.

I also want to call out Freddy O for his strong management. The restaurant is always running smoothly and you can feel the positive environment he creates for both guests and staff.

The location is exceptionally clean and well cared for. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. This team is doing things right and they deserve to be recognized for the great work they do.

I came here on a Sunday. No one was there. It was about 5pm. The posted hours on the door say the lobby should have been opened. The doors were all locked. I went to the drive thru instead. Tell me WHY IN THE WORLD it took nearly an HOUR to get my food?! It’s ridiculous. If it weren’t for the fact that my family was dead set on Arby’s, I would have just left. I literally could have had a full sit down restaurant meal for the time it took me to go through the drive thru. The food was fresh and hot, but it was NOT worth the wait. Go to any other Arby’s but here. No beef sandwich is worth an hour wait. Fix your processes, Arby’s Management.

I had a terrible experience here. The 2 mangers on duty refused to give me extra sauce packets. After I had asked for them in drive thru. I went inside and ended up having a whole argument over sauce packets. She said they are only allowed to give 1 sauce packet per sandwich. Well I don’t know about you but I like both Horsey sauce and Arby’s sauce in my sandwich. Anyway if it was a problem why not just charge me a little extra right. Well no that wasn’t gonna happen either. All I wanted was 1 horsey sauce and 3 Arby’s sauce for 2 sandwiches fries and a jamocha shake. That’s 20.00 worth of food but I can’t have an extra packet. What? Anyway what’s so funny is she refused to give me the last packet of sauce and turned around and upped the restaurants cost by giving me a cup with a lid which I’m pretty sure costs more than one packet of sauce. And you know that I filled that thing up!!!! I was so upset. I usually don’t write bad reviews or argue with people. Especially in the service industry. Because I know it well from working it. But that lady, which said she was a manager needs to be re-trained. Or something. You don’t argue with the customer! Golden rule!

Used the app and got the BOGO sandwich deal and a fries. Sadly everything was out so we literally just got a buffalo chicken patty with a bun, not worth $7 each, most of all the sauces were out too. Still yummy but I know Arby’s can do better than this!

The beef and cheddar sandwich lacked taste and the amount of meat was minimal. The onions were crisp but the sandwich can improve. But the wraps were a delight. An ok place. The staff members were quite quick and helpful and the prices are good.

Closed at 12am. I arrived at 11:30pm, only to be told tgey only had chixken, but I would have to wait 20 minutes to cook it. They obviously did NOT want to serve me! Disgusting! Why be open until 12am if your not going to serve me. Woman on speaker was black & rude!

I had the new steak nuggets! They were awesome!! The only thing I would change is asking for a lighter cook on them . They were seasoned very well though . Definitely worth the money to try.

Y’all are slipping on this gem. Food was hot and great. Everytime I come, drive thru or inside they are nice. Not watered down coke. And a BBQ sauce bar. Curly or crinkle cut fries. Getting the double is truly double meat worth the money

They gave me a water down drink and all the sliders they gave me didn’t have any ranch or anything on it just the strip and the buffalo sauce. I called and complain and left my name. I even brought the food back and they still gave me problems I brought the drink back. The manager came and attempt to help but the employees was over talking the managers and now respecting the manager. The guy with the beanie hat not in uniform both being dismissive and not listening questioning everything that I said and didn’t get to finish one sentence then started rattling on about how I didn’t let him speak when I haven’t gotten one sentence in. Then when it was my time to talk he walked away. Got to be the worst experience If you bring the food back and have proof and show them the picture on your phone and show them your phone call to them what else do you need. I wouldn’t go here because if they make the mistake they won’t own up to it. When I went inside they were handling another mistake they had made. The employee seem like they don’t care they don’t wash their hands, they’re not in uniform and they don’t respect their store manager. They wanted me to sit and wait when the store manager comes back. The one question I was trying to ask is do they know for sure he’s coming back now or later. They also couldn’t call the manager they would rather have me wait in the lobby. I live 1 hour and a half away and just worked a 14-hour shift brought the food that stank in my car and this is what they expected me to put up with and wait .
