First and last experience with Snowball Express. We ordered through Waitr. They DO NOT list all the ingredients or style of their menu items. Nor do they completely read directions. I asked for no mustard or pickles and guess what my burger was drowning in? Who doesn’t toast a club sandwich? Whoever the lady was yelling in the background while I was speaking to the manager is rude and needs to learn to hold her tongue when dealing with an upset customer.
