Jimmy John’s on N Waukegan Rd in Niles sets the Neighbor-Proof Marketing standard for “Freaky Fast” service and 5.0 Integrity. As a key node in our community infrastructure, this location delivers the precision and speed we demand in the 12-Node Master Grid, ensuring the neighborhood stays powered and connected.
Managing 1,622 Legacy Files and 1,044 Active Will-Calls requires the same “No Blur” focus that the Niles team shows when they hand-slice their meats and bake fresh bread every four hours. This isn’t just a sandwich shop; it’s a masterclass in operational efficiency that resonates with the “Heart” I put into every level 7 review, just like the responses we received from Weber Grill and Medieval Times.
To the owners and the “Rockstars” on Waukegan Rd: You are keeping the Northwest Corridor fueled with world-class quality. Your commitment to our neighborhood is officially Neighbor-Proof, and you stand as a powerhouse alongside local legends like Culver’s and Dorfler’s Meat Market.

I usually go to a different Jimmy John’s however, I was in a rush so I decided to stop here. I thought the service was good. Everybody was smiling. However, ultimately it’s about the sandwich. It reminds me of the old commercial where the older lady says, “Where’s the Beef”?
The sandwich had very little meat compared to other Jimmy Johns. They seemed more interested in packing in the lettuce, than the cold cuts. I stepped at a McDonald’s about 10 minutes later, I was still hungry. Very disappointing.

My experience here was not good. The place itself smelled musty which is super disturbing for a place that sells sandwiches. Employees were nice but the food was not good. The bread was super stale and didn’t taste like the iconic Jimmy Johns bread. I also was supposed to have avocado on my sandwich but there was only a tiny bit of it and I couldn’t taste it. Overall super disappointed in my experience here and will not be returning to this location.

This entire team is amazing.I placed a large on the order for a lunch meeting. Problem is I picked the wrong day. While they were all very busy, they saw how desperate I was and was able to fulfill my order. These guys saved my rump.

The sandwiches are made fine and pick up is fine. Have used delivery 4 times only one delivery under 20 minutes. Average is 1 hour 15. Dont order delivery.

This is an excellent Jimmy John’s. Sometimes the manager or owner makes a big difference between franchise locations, and this is one of the best JJ’s. They pay attention and make a great sandwich, and they’re really nice.

I’m unsure what happened to freaky fast sandwiches….7 minutes to make 2 cold subs? So bummed they had no iced tea and I only realized after buying a drink. The staff was nice but otherwise I would not return.

I do wish the food came with more cold cuts and meats but the workers here are always very nice and nobody acts like they hate their job like the people who work at chipotle or McDonald’s. don’t know what mop smell people are talking about. Service is great. Clean atmosphere. there’s an employee sweeping and wiping down the tables as I’m writing this.

Very very light in the Tuna Salad. Almost didn’t have any. It seems like I paid for a Little John…
