It was a quick and great experience. Received my food within 10min of ordering. Order the Imperial Seafood and Korean Brisket Philly. Wish the Imperial was fried longer for the breading to be crispier. Dipping sauce was good with the roll. They forgot my
Dipping sauce for the Korean roll. Wish I would of had that as I’m a sauce person with everything. Also feel like the Korean roll was fried to long as the roll gave a greasy taste. Overall, the food was good and I would try them again with different rolls. Also will try and snow cone next time!

one word AMAZING! it seriously was so GOOD!
i had the short rib philly eggroll & my boyfriend got the imperial seafood eggroll & let me tell you, we both loved them so much! It was so light but was so tasty. It was a perfect snack. i wish i wouldve ordered more haha.
We also each got a shaved ice & that was good too! It was like soft ice w/ the perfect amount of flavor.
i cant tell you how much we both enjoyed it.
i will def be back & i highly recommend snow your roll!

The food is delicious! My son who is a very picky eater requests Snow Your Roll all the time. We are so happy they are back and we can’t wait to visit them! The staff is friendly and kind, and always greats us with smiles. Food trucks tend to move a little bit slower, so make sure you prepare for a reasonable wait.

I have been wanting to try Snow Your Roll for sometime now. Little did I know yesterday would be my lucky day. I came across the establishment on accident and lets just says its my favorite accident thus far. The Hibachi Chicken egg roll was amazing. Definitely exceeded my expectations. My only regret was not getting more than 1. I look for to trying the soulfood eggroll especially but will be trying all the others as well. I love a business where the food and customer service matches. So not only will you get food that makes your taste buds dance but you will also get amazing customer service. They have a customer for life.

I love this place! South Beach needed this! Such a cute and inviting atmosphere. The owner is patient and offers you samples until you decide what flavor you want on your snow ball. All the flavors are amazing and the prices are really affordable! Definitely a routine stop for me when I am in South Beach!

Such a cute and fun addition to South Beach! It’s hot outside and sometimes you just want some shaved ice! Great flavors to choose from and service was excellent! Love the photo booth, board games, and map showing where all your customers are from! Bravo!

Tried 1 of everything and wish I bought 3 of everything! In LOVE with the lobster corn dog…. Very unique to create such a masterpiece. All the sauces fit so perfectly with each item it’s intended for! Planning a trip from FL to get back to this amazing food truck!

Ate there for the first time last Friday. Ordered online in advance. My food was ready on time and was the best egg rolls I’ve had. The soul roll was my favorite & the hibachi roll literally tasted like a hibachi chicken meal in an egg roll. I definitely recommend & will get getting then again.
