I ordered pizza tonight the pizza was throwed together by admitting by manager.then it was cold when I received it then they remade it and the same driver female blonde with a nose ring brought it in once again cold and not in the warm pack that they carry it in. The management there makes the customer look bad not them with there mistakes. I do not recommend the pizza store here.

Ordered from here and was supposed to get cheesy marinara and this is what we received. Then the pizza came like this as well. Couldn’t even pull it apart and some of it was actually already torn apart. Called to get it fixed and got placed on hold and was told it was because the manager immediately got a headache and had to leave. The other manager I spoke too said she wanted us to bring the stuff back in so they can teach the employees where they went wrong. Obviously common sense would tell anyone that this is all wrong. I work in customer service and would never serve this to anyone. I wouldn’t even give this place one star.. but sadly I had to to leave this review. Hands down this is wrong and they lost our family business!

I order from this location and it has always been good, until the last 2 weeks. Both deliveries were cold. On top of that, my Parmesan bites were flat and greasy. I called to give the manager feedback and he sat there in silence. He never apologized. I wasn’t looking for free food either. I thought maybe they had new people. Horrible management and experience!

Got pizza delivered Saturday at around 10 pm it was nice and hot it was so hot it was burnt to where you couldn’t eat it I tried calling the store I guess everyone went home so I sent email in and only respond was home office they said they forward the information still no contact they have good location but can’t cook three that 42 bucks out the window way to go ……..

I came in on 8/22/23 around 4 or 5 pm ordered large pep. And 1 honey barbecue and 1 buffalo. What moron came up with the idea of drizzling the sauce on the chicken is beyond me. The flavor really sucked. I will think twice ordering from this location again. I went in 8/23/23 5pm and they acted like it was no big deal. Wow.
