Social Profile:

Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!

Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Snooze

This dish was poetry on a plate.
I ordered the Sweet Potato Scramble, swapping the poached egg for an over-hard egg, and what arrived felt less like breakfast and more like an experience. Perfectly roasted sweet potatoes, tender asparagus, creamy avocado, and those vibrant purple pickled onions, each bite unfolding a new layer of flavor and texture.
Savory, sweet, bright, earthy, crisp, and comforting all at once. Every forkful felt intentional, playful, and deeply satisfying like a culinary playground where nothing clashes and everything belongs.
I don’t say this lightly: this may very well be the best breakfast I’ve had in my life.
Snooze didn’t just feed me, they delighted me!

If you’re someone who appreciates food that feels alive, thoughtful, and joy-inducing… order this. Trust me! ✨

Food was delicious! It was so good that I forgot to take a before picture (but I did include an after to show how it was absolutely demolished!!!) We had the OMG French Toast and the Whipped Cottage Cheese Bowl. I don’t need to elaborate on the French toast seeing as it’s the restaurants most popular dish, but the bowl was a surprisingly delicious addition if you like something light and fresh. Shoutout to our sever Ashley who made sure all our food came out promptly. Great spot for a brunch and id recommended going on a weekday seeing as I can assume how it can fill up easily on weekends. Thank you Ashley and the team at Snooze for the great meal!

A diner chain with great potential was unfortunately spoiled due to the poor stagnant food that was served to us. The pancakes were room temperature and the eggs Benedict tasted as if they were sitting for 10 minutes prior to being served.

Unfortunately, the food that was served was not fresh or hot, which reflects the lack of urgency to serve the highest quality food.

Based on the reviews and the temptation of a pancake flight, I made my way to Snooze on a rainy Saturday morning around 8 a.m., thinking it would be fairly quiet because of the weather. Not so. It was already bustling at that early hour.

I was seated immediately, followed by a short wait before my server arrived. I ordered a mocha, and she offered to bring a water, which I kindly accepted.

Then she disappeared for the length of a Bible (actual time ~12 minutes). In the interim a second server brought the mocha. Half of it was on the outside of the cup, and I used the solitary napkin at the table to clean it up. About 5 minutes later the first server came with the water and took my order (pancake flight). I asked for more napkins.

About 5 minutes later my pancake flight arrived, delivered by a third server. I asked her for more napkins and extra syrup and received them immediately. While she was bringing those items to me, the first server came by to ask if everything was ok. It was a weird sequence of events. It feels like they are understaffed.

Anyway, on to the food: the pancake flight allows you to creat a custom flight of any three pancakes on the menu. I chose the strawberry shortcake, the pancake of the moment (which was a buttermilk pancake topped with chocolate ganache and a cookie/biscuit crumble) and the banana bliss (a vegan pancake topped with berries).

The presentation was perfect and the pancakes were just the right size. I started with the strawberry shortcake and loved it. By far my favorite of the three.

Then on to the chocolate ganache one. The chocolate was very rich but despite that, the mouthfeel was a little dry, so I added a little syrup, and that fixed it. I didn’t care for the crumble on top, as it had a salty flavor. If you like sweet n salty together you will enjoy it.

Finally it was on to the banana bliss. The thing about this one is that it’s vegan, made from bananas, coconut, etc. The banana flavor didn’t really come through for me and the texture is different from the buttermilk pancakes. I still liked it but it needed a lot of syrup (tip: ask for extra because they give you almost none). I think this pancake would be stupendous if instead of berries, it was topped with banana slices and walnuts or pecans.

Despite the whipped cream, the mocha was super-bitter, and no matter how much doctoring I did, I couldn’t make it taste good so I’d avoid that in the future and maybe just go for hot chocolate.

All in all, I wasn’t overly impressed, but that strawberry shortcake pancake could lure me back here in the future, and the servers, despite the delays, were kind and doing their best.

Mmmm, good food. We were there mid-week during breakfast hours & got seated immediately. Service was good. My daughter loves breakfast sandwiches, and theirs did not disappoint. It is supposed to come with a scrambled egg and sausage, and her request for bacon and an over-medium egg was met with a can-do attitude and perfect execution from the back end kitchen. I ordered the corned beef hash and was very pleasantly surprised by the huge chunks of real corned beef: cooked, cut and hand shredded in-house –> it was far superior to any other restaurant’s corned beef hash. The bacon was their version of Million Dollar Bacon and was the perfect blend of sweet and salty and spicy and porky. Service was never delayed & food was perfectly prepared … Snooze is now in our rotation for breakfast spots.

The first time there was today, I can already tell this won’t be my last!!! This place is filled with many choices for my unbelievably insane food allergies. If you have a gluten allergy or a lactose intolerance, my fried, this is your place!!! I just finished eating pineapple upside down pancake, let me tell you. It’s the best gluten free pancake I’ve ever eaten in my life!! Visit this place. I highly recommend it!!! Our server was super nice. The atmosphere is great! 5 stars well deserved.

I had mia as our server and her service was excellent. She was very attentive and asked the right questions. We ordered a good amount of plates that one of our bacon plates didn’t get delivered with all the others. We brought it to her attention and got it resolved immediately. Food was excellent like usual. Highly recommend!

A side note: A great restaurant means long wait time. Don’t let it discourage you! Join the waitlist and use your time by going to Half Price Books while you wait!

Food was delicious. I got the hash with sunny side up eggs while replacing my toast for the “limited” pancake which was fat [as you can see], spongey, and soft. While my server Shelby was very attentive.

One of my top brunch spots. Customer service is always great. I usually get the shrimp and grits, but tried the new biscuits and gravy. The gravy was actually good (not everyone’s gravy is good), and the biscuits were so buttery and soft. Paired with a Butterfly Lemonade, probably the best Lemonade I’ve ever had.

We came to Snooze Eatery today and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mia, and I just had to leave a review because her service truly stood out.

From the moment we sat down, Mia was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She didn’t just “take our order” — she made us feel taken care of. She checked in at the perfect times, made sure our drinks were always full, and was so patient and kind the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service, not just going through the motions.

She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and kept such a positive, upbeat energy the whole time. Even when the restaurant was busy, she handled everything so gracefully and never made us feel rushed or forgotten.

It’s rare to come across someone who makes the experience feel this personal and enjoyable. Mia truly made our visit special, and we left talking about how amazing she was. Snooze is lucky to have her!

We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Mia again.
