On Monday 4/21 I ordered my chicken sweet tea and happy meal. I am 4 months pregnant and I found Bugs (dead ants and another bug) in my sweet tea. I live in Covington and couldnt drive back to the McDonald location. When I was in town on Friday 4/25 is stopped by with my receipt and the tea with the bugs in it. I brought it to their attention they stated they are aware they have a bug problem their eco lab came back for ant infestation and refused to refund me my money for my order. I mentioned to them I tried calling on Monday and Tuesday and kept getting busy signals. The manager said their phones haven’t worked in a year.

First and foremost!! Hire people with better attitudes and personality. This location never completes the order correctly something is always missing. Need new manager team that holds their crew accountable and accountability

Arrive at the McDonald’s this morning before work and the lobby was closed ..the guy came to the door and said they did not open till 9:00 am ..I pointed at the door and they door said open at 6:00 am he said he didn’t care what the door said that they were closed until he wanted to open …I think maybe he did this because of laziness..I do t recommend any one eating there

If I can put 0 I would. McDonald’s please tell me why when I order food and drinks thru your drive thru my drinks come to me smelling of cigarettes and then the gentleman tells me to go to lane 1 well I do and the little time it took to park my entire car smells of cigarettes. Now what would happen if me or my gf was allergic to cigarettes or I gave it to my kid who was then it would lead into bigger issues the legal way be mindful who u hire or do what the signs say and WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!!
So once again I worked late stopped here to get dinner because I did not want to cook. This same smoking gentleman noticed me and was rude slamming my drinks food then tossing my straws at me. The management does nothing here but say they don’t understand but when a lawsuit opens up for the unsanitary conditions and health violations yall have maybe then you will understand. This is unprofessional and needs to be dealt with

Ate here for lunch 3 times while on jury duty down in the valley. The Big Macs that I had were perfectly constructed. Has to be the same person, so kudos to them. Three perfect Big Macs in a row gets a thumbs up review.

I initially had a frustrating experience on a day there was a power outage everywhere else – I understood that it got busy, and the workers did their best with all the customers, even the very rude ones. The general manager Tami reached out to me and apologized, and did everything she could to make it right. Thank you Tami! My family and I appreciated it.

A bit late but I’ll give my review of the chicken big mac meal (Ordered on October 23rd, 2024).
The chicken big mac was surprising better then I thought. I believe there was more meat the regular big mac. Fries are a classic of course so you can’t go wrong with that. For the drink, I got a Mango smoothie for the substitute and it tasted cold and refreshing. The 10 piece chicken nugget was 1 dollar with a coupon so I highly recommend ordering through the app.
From looking at other reviews, people have received terrible luck when it comes to this place in particular. The only strange thing I saw was when they closed doors so I couldn’t get my food inside and had to wait for them outside to receive my food. I recommend checking your food since it’s a coin toss on quality from this place.
Random take, I had the McRib and it reminded me of cafeteria food in high school.

Poor service, no one attended us at the first window for the Drive Thru along with the vehicle in front of us. We waited long enough and proceeded to the 2nd window when someone finally came to the 1st window, young lady was nice to help us either way. Received our meal where my kids asked for plain burgers, then was handed a McFlurry that they expected me to eat with my hands. Had to ask for a spoon as he stood there looking at me, Iike is there anything else? A spoon would be nice but everyone appeared so angry from the window, late yes but not how we expected to be serviced. We’ve vowed to never return to this location again, gave them a second chance and now I know why we will NOT any longer. Service is not their forte, order was wrong but we did not want to deal with them again.

I went through the drive thru. The box on the outside never spoke so I had to pull up to the windows to order. I gave my app code. Once he charged my card I asked for a receipt and was told he ran out of paper and its not possible. The whole experience juat frustration…..
